      Your purse is your personal item and any additional item is $77.. If you decide to fly this airline book directly through their webpage so when they go under (and they will) so you can get your money back. Worst gougers ever.

      I cannot begin to describe how utterly terrible this company is. If you're reading these reviews and think to yourself "Ahh, but it'll still be cheaper than Air Canada," you need to take these words to heart: AVOID THIS AIRLINE. I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars for paying for the incorrect luggage. Travelling with golf clubs meant that the package I had paid for was completely wrong -- this meant that I had to shell out even more money at the airport just to get my bags on the plane. Keep in mind, I had spoken with someone at Flair to make sure I was paying for the right thing and they assured me I was. I was not.The refund process is an absolute nightmare as you connect with their outsourced customer service department. Mileage here may vary: the first person I connected with to get this issue resolved was "able" to do so, but only after I complained about having had what I paid for misrepresented. I put "able" in quotations because Flair somehow (and I do not believe this for one second) lost my collected information and could no longer issue a refund. Absolute joke. I get in contact with ANOTHER customer service rep to see if I could get this refund issued on my return flight. This one's even better: For over 20 minutes I get 2 messages. 1) Telling me that he will look into my case 2) Giving me c*** because I asked if there was an update after over 15 minutes of zero communication And then radio silence. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.This is all before I even step on the plane. My flight was over three hours late, citing weather conditions at my arrival destination as a problem. Yet I saw every flight I COULD have been on had I just spent the money take off on time, and arrive on time in this city. Flair flight attendants were likely told to lie to clients, which is embarrassing for them to do and is unfair for them to ask of employees. I cannot say this is any clearer terms: this company is a scam, it should not be in business

      Worst service ever! I paid for priority booking & seating for my ************** cat to fly home. She was there 4hrs early & was unreasonably held up by security for no good reason. Though I feel it's because she's Trans & that they were treating her poorly because of it. They wouldn't page the boarding crew of her delay due to their picking on her; so she missed the flight by mere minutes. Then refused to help her at all at the front desk afterward. Sent her on a goose chase all over the *************** (which is huge) with her cat and carry on baggage. We called customer service & followed their instructions only to be ignored by the front desk staff and their obvious lack of caring, ***************** was obvious. They continue to refuse to give us a refund on the ticket; even though it was their fault she was held up. As well forced us to pay for another ticket for ********* cat to get her home. That flight was a 5hr wait. Her cat was already sedated and it was hard on them both. Her baggage came in on her original flight, yet they claimed her as a "no show". I feel that they are crooks, **************** I would NEVER recommend using their airlines or services to ANYONE!!! Spare yourselves the extra cost, lack of care or help & their bullying in security of Trans or gay ppl! Flair is the WORST airline ever!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! My entire family will never use them again! Worst experience ever!!!!

      Most s***** airline ever So I had a family emergency cz of which I had to fly to ****** right away and then I got this flight for the next day. I was like ok even next day is fine. But because of some personal reason I had to cancel the flight. I canceled it within few hours ( *** 6-7hours) . So this flight have policies that refund would be given within 24hours of cancellation and should be international flight. But this airline got this s***** third policy of having 7 days gap. Like are you serious !!so now with this airline everyone need to have 7 days gap ??? How would a emergency come before 7 days !! Just cz of this reason they denied to refund me !

      Never ever travel with this cheap airline they will charge you for a small personal bag at $85 + tax and carry on baggage at $100+tax now if you bought a cheap ticket, it ends up expensive. The Chinese way of saying Cheap things has no value. Very poor customer service.

      Worst airline in *************! Canceled my flight 1 hour before and then offered a rebooting for over 1 week later. Now out thousands of dollars in other travel cost due to be non refundable. Don't waste your money or time.

      I had a worse experience with this airlines. I wouldnt recommend at all. I missed the flight totally due to the negligence of customer service at check in desk. I had online boarding pass on my hand but they didnt let me to board and unwilling to help. I waited in a queue for hours and due to their lack of proper communication, i had to miss my flight and the worse part is bow they refuse to refund. Totally worse experience and worse airlines!!!

      There are hidden cost of baggage that not mentioned . I got this flight from flight hub. The first flight was with west jet , they told me I can have carry on free but except of that i should Pay. I had only a bag back and it was very light but in return flight unfortunately was with this flight and they charged me for small bag **** than 70$ with tax. They intentionally use a very small gage for measuring the bags that you can put free and I had to pay fee of carry in for my small bag . When i entered in airplane i realized they actually use normal place for paid fee items and they forced people didn't pay put their bags under their seat. I believe if you want to decrease the price the flight you should not eliminate normal things . Its ok if you want put your heavy baggage in flight you can pay ( normally people in normal flight they have right to give one bag to check in) but i understand they can eliminate this right because of decreasing the price of flight . But paying more than70$ for normal bag is rubbing the people . I dont recommend this flight .

      Very *********************** They lost my baggage and within 5 days of calling and sending email they can give a proper answer on where my baggage location is, flew from ******* to ******** and reach to ******** without my checked-in luggage, and no one can call or the person in the baggage area doesnt know what to do. When you call in the number they provided you received the same answer and no information at all. All there employees that you talk too are very unprofessional as if your taking to robot! Asking them to pay for the damages that incurred for my lost baggage but they give you a *****!!!
