      1st in counter a week ago I heard her speaking with another co worker saying why is this being mentioned now in a rude tone and I didnt say anything, but I think thats any of your business and then when she started talking to me, I felt Like she was trying to do everything Possible from refunding that admin fee, which is Around 200 Dollars like being very defensive and in my opinion was trying so bad not to refund me she started looking at other invoices and saw a refund from a completely different invoice and automatically assumed that admin fee was part of a $460 refund from a completely different invoice and even different amount and now she saying that if 2 cards where use for payment unbelievable so I let it be for now, she said shes gonna look into it and call me back A week goes by nothing so I had to go to the brick again To see what was going on And it looked like she just started working on it today I was not happy while I was at her desk speaking to her and shes looking into it she told me to go Wait elsewhere, which I think was inappropriate because Ive always waited by the desk of other sales people And Ive never had anyone tell me to go wait somewhere else while their Helping me with something so I did I was looking for a couch so I went to look around for a bit And I can see ****** talking To the girl next to her, you can obviously tell it was about me cause as I walked away I looked back and I can see both girls are trying to look at me while being deceptive and talking to each other, so it was pretty obvious that she was talking very bad about me in someway to Her coworker yeah I can tell ***** is one of those rude disrespectful Employee and just rubbed me the wrong way She made me feel very unwelcome there again for the second time and Ive never had a problem with anybody else there but her she definitely shouldnt be working at a place where customer service should be a top priority. very inappropriate unprofessional disgusting behaviour

      DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THE BRICKS. They will lie theyre way out of covering the warranties and they dont care about any customers. $6000 sectional I bought a year and a half ago with extended warranty is garbage as they wont fix it or replace it even though it falls under the conditions of their warranty. ***** ****** *** *********.

      I am having a problem with returning a mattress that is not the mattress I wanted to purchase , the Brick is not honoring their return policy and aside from that if there was a wrong code inputted by the salesman during the purchasing process that is of not an error made by me , there has been a horrible mistake made and I shouldn't be the one paying for a bed I did not purchase.

      The store sold me a mattress in a box. The mattress was defective, and they told me that I have to go through the warranty process to get it replaced.

      Over a year ago, I purchased a laundry set and a warranty from The Brick. They sent an inexperienced delivery team to install the set. On the first night of use, my basement got flooded due to their faulty installation. The Brick denied responsibility. I filed a complaint with their head office and they refused to even discuss the matter with me. Less than two years after that purchase, the washer broke down. When I reached out to The Brick to understand my warranty options, they only informed me that I had a repair option, without disclosing that my warranty also included a replacement option. After a service inspection, their warranty agent, King & State, identified multiple parts needing replacement. I expressed my preference to replace the washer and offered to pay any price difference. The ****** store told me they would submit a request to their head office, but after two weeks of my regular follow-ups, the store informed me that the request had been denied. Frustrated, I mentioned that I would be leaving an online review. The very next day, I received a call from King & State confirming that my request had been approved. When I asked them when they received the request, they informed me that it had arrived the previous day and was approved immediately. This indicated that, for two weeks, The Brick had lied to me by saying they were considering my request, when in fact, they had not even submitted any request—meanwhile, my business was losing revenue. It was after reviewing my warranty terms that I got to discover that I indeed had a right to a replacement. I filed a complaint AGAIN with their head office, as was characteristic of them, they refused to even discuss the matter with me. I HAVE SINCE CEASED ALL BUSINESS WITH THE BRICK, AND I ENCOURAGE OTHER SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCE WHEN DECIDING TO DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.

      I purchased a Queen size bed mattress from the Brick *********** branch on March *****. This product was not fully up to standard and Brick is saying it cannot be replaced / repaired, It is still under warranty. I am raising and chasing them continuously for the replacement of the defective product, we have dropped pictures of the product and images from the guide book, even after that they .When I directly went / called to the store they are simply saying that it is past the warranty which is not trued because from March to October is 7 months only which is not happened. Our money is on them and I am suffering without the proper bed mattress from almost 6 + months which is not acceptable to any person who has paid full amount on time($1000+ ).When we are calling support team for assistance, they are mentally torturing us by asking the same question again and again.They are not responding to my number and if they respond they are just putting my call on hold for no reason.This is definitely not acceptable/bearable situation for any person who has paid amount on time. we definitely expect a refund /replacement rather than to proceed with the company that has delivered worst products .

      I would give a zero if it was an option. The Brick is as fake as they come. Once they sell you a product God forbid there's any issues. Instead of technicians being out on consumer calls they are to busy packing up locations to ready them for a move. It's obvious by all the reviews I've ready and expressed to the brick I would be making a complaint to the BBB I was told to go right ahead. I knew I wouldn't be the first and will not be the last to give such a negative review but I do the the biggest regret ever setting foot inside a brick location. Never again!!

      The Brick [***** Sarcee Trail NW]Delivery service was a disaster, the sofas weren't wrapped, and the guys who made the delivery have no idea how to perform the simple unloading, the cushions ended up thrown in the main entrance and the sofa was full of dirt got it in the truck. When we went to the store, asking for the returning policy, they told us that the product could not be returned because it was on sale and that we could only return it but they would not give us our money back, only a voucher for the amount paid for future purchase, the manager who attended us was only there to contradict our complaint with poker face because this company has no idea what customer service is.I selected one star, otherwise I couldn't leave the review, but they don't deserve even one.

      Entire experience is a disaster, disappointing, all frustrations. Quality wise and customer service satisfaction is extremely poor. Since the delivery.. my property had a damaged. In less than 48 hours after thorough checking of the item found out that it has a damaged in almost every corner of the item. Has it replaced and again during the delivery my house was damaged again. After 2 months of replacement the couch is making an annoying squeaky sound, not properly cushioned, we felt like we are sitting on wood, very wide gap between the ***** and the arm rest. Overall poor product quality. Filed a complaint in June, technician came. In 2 months I called few to months to follow up and the answer was the part was ordered and waiting for the shipment. Was told the part will arrived in mid september. Called the store sept 19, got same answer part is expecting to arrived mid sept. Had advised that the manager will call me sept 20 in the morning, waited for the call until 4:20pm, manager was busy and will call in 20 minutes. No call again. Called the store again and the agent said part will arrive the end of September. This is riduculous. Not worth the money at all.
