      I purchased under the specific terms of your "Don't Pay for 48 Months" promotional offer from the Barrie, On location. The negotiation and agreement I entered into was clear: I would not be required to make any payments for 48 months, and no interest or negative impact on my credit would occur during this period, provided I adhered to the terms. Unfortunately, despite following the agreed terms, I have recently discovered that The Brick has faulted on this agreement. Payments have been recorded against my account, and this has resulted in damage to my credit score. I did not expect this breach of contract and find this situation unacceptable. I have contact the branch manager, sales rep(Long) and no resolution, buyer beware of these so called "dont pay a cent"

      I purchased a recliner from the Brick in ********* on October 28, 2023. The recliner is fabric and the fabric has significant pilling especially on the arms and leg/foot.I went to the Brick Store on August 9 /24 to complain and also brought pictures of the pilling.I had also purchased an extended warranty for this chairI was told by the person at the desk that they are aware that the material pills and there is nothing they are prepared to do. I said that the salesman had not told me that the material pills and he said that was too badThe warranty does not cover the material only defects. I suggested to him that the material pilling is a defect and he said they do not consider thisI asked to speak with the manager and was told the person is on holidays until August 14/24. He did take a photocopy of my purchase receipt. And suggested I send an email complaint to The Brick and the manufacturerI asked him who the manufacturer of the chair was and he said Mazin Furniture Ind.I have sent a complaint including pictures to The Brick and Mazin Furniture IndThe resolution I would like is to receive a credit for the purchase of the chair and I am prepared to purchase another recliner in leather

      I would give a 0 rating if I could I ordered a ********** from the Brick.It arrived. Appeared in good shape. I needed to get a wall bracket to put it up.Once it was turned on there was a crack and lines in it. It did not work. You could not see this when the ** is not on.It took over a week any many calls and emails to get a response.I just got a response today from **** at customer service (should really rename it to customer unservice) to tell me I am not covered since it was not reported in 2 days yet it took them 7 days to respond to a call. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and **** would not do so. The service and response was disgusting.The money spent and my time and cost of my time was a waste.I would advise everyone not to buy from the Brick or ********

      i was at the brick red deer location today and was greeted by a salesman *************************** he was very knowledgeable and helpful friendly kind and also saved me money on my purchase Thank you so much

      Unprofessional and Rude. My partner was treated unfairly and was confronted with discrimination and rude behavior in all interactions. Not to mention the proper dimensions were not given and therefore the furniture that was ordered did not make it into the elevator or apartment. Truly horrible service and horrendous lack of care for a company as a whole. there is not even a place to leave comments or reviews on their website.

      Purchased dishwasher from Brick. During our transaction sales associate informed us they would apply the tent sale discount and would apply refund once the sale started 2 days later. Sales associate said he would process it on his end and we would receive the discount. Discount was never applied, after one phone call and 3 emails later, no response from Brick regarding the discount. Disappointed by their lack of customer service and the way this was handled. A response back to our emails would be appropriate, instead of ghosting customers. We will not be going back to ********************** at *********************** in future.

      I purchased a king size bed from the Brick *********** branch on July 2023. This product was broken and it cannot be repaired, hence they forced us to get a new bed by paying some additional amount to that. We purchased a new one in the month of January 2024 and issue was seen for this too and we are raising and chasing them continuously for the replacement of the broken part, we have dropped pictures of the product and images from the guide book, even after that they delivered the wrong product thrice.When we directly went to the store they are simply saying technician would have visited you already which is not happened.Our money is on them and we are suffering without the bed from almost a year which is not acceptable to any person who has paid full amount on time($1000+ ).When we are calling support team for assistance, they are mentally torturing us by asking the same question again and again.They are not responding to my number and if they respond they are just putting my call on hold for no reason.This is definitely not acceptable/bearable situation for any person who has paid amount on time. we definitely expect a refund rather than to proceed with the company that has delivered worst products twice.

      Very bad customer service. Bought a very expensive sofa, and it did not come with enough pieces. Told sales person we were moving in a few days. We complain about the pieces and they blame us for not reporting within 48 hours even though we told them we were leaving later. Do not recommend.

      Deplorable business practice, worse customer (non)service. Once paid for, delivers "defective" products for which the Brick will NOT address, nor deal with.Stuck with noisy, scratched/dented, obviously refurbished or returned major appliance.Stay away from this over advertised store,...deceitful.

      The Brick has to be the worst furniture store in ******. Absolute garbage customer service. You better hope you receive a decent piece of furniture, or you'll be stuck with an expensive POS that you cannot return or even exchange for a lesser POS!
