      Absolutely lied to me about the product they told me nothing was wrong with the tv and when l hooked it up there was a big black line across the screen and would not take it back even though l had it less than 24 hours. No help in getting a repair man out. They more or less stuck me with paying for a tv that was defective. Would never deal with this company again. I am appalled at what they get away with.

      We bought coach set in July 18 2022 . One sit pillow missed. Called to store . Store said we ordering for you now, just don't complain now or salesperson can loose his commission(?). Next day we wanted to verify and went to the store . Some teller said we'll order it for You if it was not done yesterday. And said will be about week . So before August or maximum 1 August we can pickup pillow from store. Someone call and ask to send picture of missing part - we did. We said are going to vacation till 8 of August. They said - if earlier - we'll give You a call , or you can pick it up anytime after coming back - "it will wait for you". 8 of August wee have another call from Store when - They asking "What actually missing???", and asked again to send photo . Next day we went to the store and found that actually nothing where ordered. And need another 4-6 weeks to receive missing part. They lost or never opened our previous email! We asked to give this pillow from Showroom - not possible they said. And aging send us home saying they will figure out to help us and 11 of August problem will be solved. Wednesday 10 August we went to the store again and have been asked again what part was missed!!! Frustration.. They said they cannot do nothing but delivery all set again (just sit pillow missed). Later this day they called and said someone will call Friday to schedule delivery for Saturday 13 August. We asked if we can just pick up pillow from set from warehouse or from store. They ask to wait and called warehouse in ***********. Then they said yes - we can go right now and pick up pillow - just call intercom , bring ID and invoice. We **** to warehouse - nobody knows about us... I have some heard condition and almost felt - too match stress. Manager from Warehouse called to manager in the store and She said - come Saturday to store to pick up , Sorry. Saturday in the store another supervisor said - Not not possible - we'll delivery all set... Why??? Help!!!

      My son bought a couch and a TV stand in May 2022. He specifically requested no interest no payments for 24 months. Also the sales person added Insurance to his account without his knowledge or consent, he did not sign anything with regards to getting or asking for insurance.We will never deal with this company again, talk about not being honest

      I think someone should investigate the fraudulent business between the Brick * the warranty company they use out of *************- King * ******* purchased an Amana fridge **** cu' Sept, 2019 with a 5 yr warranty Protection Plus Plan. $1074.00 Fridge has never been the greatest and freezer and fridge frosted ** in hot weather. ** the last few months freezer completely frosted and food not freezing properly * fridge freezing food!! Finally reached out to warranty company July 4/22 to start claim. It has been a nightmare, no one dealt with claim. Now as of Aug 1st food in freezer completely thawed and had to throw out- Temp 40F * had to throw out all dairy related, meat, etc items as fridge is sitting @ 46F.I will never ever purchase another item from these THEIVES! I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH AS TO THEIR LACK OF CONCERN AND THEIR LIES!

      Do your due diligence before going to the store. The return policy is not straight forward and is not meant to protect customers. I was told that it is final sale even if it is within the return window because the packaging was ripped to take out components of the sectional sofa so it can fit our door. The managers are helpful and would not meet in the middle or attempt to resolve an issue. Now we are stuck with a sectional that cant fit our space and I am forced to pay it. I offered to pay the fees to return it to the warehouse to get a new one but there is no reasoning with the staff from the ** rep to the managers. You are better off buying your furniture somewhere else. Do not go to THE BRICK.

      I had a terrible experience with The Bricks store located at ********************************************************. We spent $10K in this transaction. In the first delivery of the furniture, the delivery guys damaged my drive-way by pulling the truck into the driveway which was just patched with cold ashpalt despite that I had the sales person put-in the note in the system not to do that. While bringing the adjustable base and the mattress, they damaged my staircase sidings, put scratches (pics were sent to the store manager depicting the damage). The baseboard couldn't be setup by the delivery guy, so they had to take it back. When we were making the purchase, we showed the pictures of the headboard to the sales person (aikta **** and she told us that base would work fine with it. One of the delivery guy was very rude, arrogant and abnoxious. He constantly used abusive language at me, was swearing and raised his voice at me many times. He was told not to wear shoes while going upstairs but refused to do so. He also refused to help his partner in taking the mattress upstairs, so that other guy tried to do it himself and put scratches on the staircase walls/sidings. I had a very bad experience with this company. I want them to take the table, chairs and the mattress back, as the mattress is no good without the adjustable base and compensate me for the pain and suffering that I endured on that day. I contacted the store manager ***** via email, sent him the pics of the damages, but no response from him. I spoke with the Sales Manager Balwir and explained everything, also spoke with the sales person Aikta **** but to date, it's only silence, no response from them. I really want to return everything and want the money refunded back to my wife's Flexity credit card. I need BBB to help resolve this for me with the merchant as I have made all the efforts on my end.

      Never ever deal with The Brick . The worst company and the customer service is full of joke . I bought a furniture and every time they are sending the defective items and after that we can compensate for $100 or $150, common people I paid +$4k and for that defective items you are compensating $200 so that I can keep the defective items.Their customer service girl name called Priya she refused to take it back and also ask to compensate for $200 for al the damages after waiting almost for a 6 months. Stay away from The Brick people, save and wisely select the store cause its your hard earned money. Thanks for reading this.
