      Horrible service bought a sectional the seams are coming apart after 3 years having it..bought warranty..for $500 which they push to buy because it will save everythingcalled and put in claim in June 2022..it is now Nov 5 2022..and still waiting. They say the materials are getting pushed for delivery.. called they said stuff will be here by Nov 4 2022..nothing. Operations Manager suppose to call me on October 30 2022..nothing..horrible horrible!!! Never will I buy from the brick every again. I want my money back

      We purchased an outdoor sectional in 2020 and some of the stitching was coming out. I was going to stitch it, only to discover that the cushions were full of dirty food wrappers, OUR FURNITURE WAS STUFFED WITH GARBAGE! I contacted their online help center, only to be told that the item isn't under warranty anymore, and they can't repair it. Although, I did not ask for a repair. I think it's unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I posted on the Brick's ******** page, and it was immediately taken down.

      Zero stars for The Brick. I purchased a Hisense fridge, and the warranty. ****** fails to work at 4 years, service tec says its non repairable. King and State warranty (based in *******) offered me $860 for a $1800 fridge. I paid $460 for the warranty:(Terrible company.

      If I could rate zero star I totally would. I had this chest and dresser delivered today. The delivery guys did not removed the pallets nailed to the bottom of the furniture before they left. I did not mind removing the cardboard, which I already had such difficulties removing the bottom part as the furniture were really heavy. But pallets? Especially when they were nailed to the furniture? We called the store and this lady who claimed that she was the manager refused to send help or even refused to instruct me how to get those pallets removed. If I could get help from someone else then why did I pay almost a hundred bulk to get them delivered to my place? Not her responsibility, she said. Wow, what kind of customer service would leave customer hanging like this? She was really something.

      at the beginning they talk very nice as soon as they sold the product they dont care about customers or customers problems or experience they dont even care about customers receive the product never ever shop again from brick

      Horrible experience from the start of the sale. Knew I shouldn't of bought here and somehow conned myself into sticking thru with it . Not happy with the service team at all. Everyone is so rude and there's no understanding or trying to

      This shop has a terrible customer service . They delivered the bed after 3 weeks . The package was missing 4 pieces . The missing piece will take 2-3 weeks . So now we are only sleeping on the mattress in the living area as the incomplete bed frame has taken all the space . They sent us a mirror which was damaged . DONT BUY FROM THIS SHOP !

      Buyer Beware!!!! They out right lie to you just to make a sale! They know their fabric is defective and will pile and even told me "that people just go to ******* and buy a $20.00 ******" You want me to shave my new sectional?? Spent over $5000 dollars on bed, mattress set, sectional and dining set. We purchased the warranty for 5 years. They told my husband, my mother and I that if anything happens to the table or chairs its covered. When my dining table started to peel and bubble after 1 year, they asked me to send in pictures of the whole table. They denied my claim because they saw a scratch not related to the peeling and bubbling (opposite side of the table). A non related light scratch that didn't even scratch the finish off now makes my warranty void/null. I will never buy from the Brick again. No one stands behind their products and they only care about making the first sale. HO doesn't take responsibility either for bad management from local branches either, so if you think you will get your problem resolved with head office you wont. Its a loop of not taking accountability. The reason for declining my claim as per their email indicated their limitations and exclusions, " Anything not expressly specified in this Certificate as being covered under the Plan".So anything not clearly specified in the plan is not covered. But my table was warping, peeling and bubbling. This is included and even is shown as an included peril on the corporate website. It is completely up to the managers discretion if they want to cover it or not and this is wrong!

      We made a purchase of leather recliner and loveseat. 13 months later the recliner's leather starts to disingrate. Help was refused because we were a month past a 1 year warranty. 24 months in the loveseat seams split between the cushions. No point in calling the Brick because they don't care. I have purchased a leather repair kit and patched it myself. I will never ever spend a dime at The Brick again. We are buyers that have the means to buy anything and anywhere we chose and they blew it. It was our first purchase at the Brick and definitely the last. The location was ********************** **.

      I ***** 6 stores around ******* and I have been in the business for only 10 years. The manager of this location is not friendly at all. She does not have to handle customer service to be a manager. So Covid excuse. I purchased a bed set from the brick Windsor location. I have been told that I will receive the bed end of august or beginning of September. I got a call on end of august that this will delay to mid September. My wedding is on September 9th, 2022. The whole house is furnished from ***** and coulters and things came on time No Delays. The manager did not even try her best to be at least friendly. This is the second issue I have at this branch. When I purchased an over range microwave And it did not fit the depth of my kitchen. Microwave is still in box and did not even plug it in and went to either return or exchange for smaller size did not except anything at this store it says it is 14 days exchange or return where other businesses had 90 during covid that they are using now for excuses. YOU CAN USE COVID FOR YOUR OWN ECXUESES BUT WON'T EXCEPT OTHERS. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION.
