      The person that came to fix my fridge ended up causing a flood under my floors as they did not turn off the water supply and damage was done to the hose in back of fridge. It first leaked all under the floor into the basement. They are NOT taking accountability and addressing the problem. They actually sent the same repair person to my house to inspect his work and he has no idea what the problem was and said if repeat anything he says he will deny everything and he reported back to his company that he did his job correctly.

      Not a great company for washer warranty repairs. Had squealing grinding in my washer. Took 2+weeks to come out to look at it. They ordered a part (a whole new drum) that took 4+weeks. Then I noticed leaking had to call for another warranty issue they came and said it was the water flow from the soap dispenser. I also realized after that 3rd appointment my connector for my drain was missing, i called to see if someone know where it could be (still no follow up the tech said the other tech hooked up the drain hose) the washer part was ordered 2 weeks for repair. I used my washer 3 days after that repair and had my soap dispenser shoot out with water under the lid and between wall and washer drum soaking my floor again. Now have to wait 4 weeks for the service person to come back. I'm trying to be proactive and have the parts pre-ordered...well I'm waiting for a technician to call me. Not sure but I hope this is the last time I have to deal with a repair. So I'm severely frustrated 1 call washer warranty issue the 2 issues after in my opinion are definitely caused by the subsequent repairs.

      I cannot give zero stars or I would. They just bill, bill, bill. $130 to tell me a fridge had no door handle!! This company is a complete rip-off. They bill out as much and as fast as they can for parts and labour for appliances individually so you don't see a massive total. CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENTS WITH THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS IMMEDIATELY.

      Purchased a Kitchenaid over range micro wave, with extended warranty. After a year it started to overheat. Trans global sent out technician as per warranty. He was unable to diagnose the issue and so decided to replace several parts. Waited three weeks, technician arrived with parts and replaced same, no change. He stated he needed to order more parts and I would have to wait for them. Then he tried to blame my normal, as per owners manual , use of the appliance for the problem. In short he was extremely rude and condescending. Customer ********************** is horrible. Avoid this firm.

      Total dissatisfaction dealing with this company and partner Appliance Tech Y2K 1NC. Took seven weeks to receive the part for our dishwasher when we were told it would take 3 to 5 business days. Numerous calls were made with no results at all. We were told there was no tracking system like Amazon so could not tell us when part would be in. When part finally arrived Appliance Tech said technician would be arriving between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Was 3 p.m. and tech still had not arrived and no phone call. We had to leave our home at 3 p.m. because of an appointment and when we arrived back home there was a message on our machine saying he would be late. He left a notice on our door that he found us not home. Called office to reschedule next day and was told the tech could not come for another week. This was most inconvenient and poor customer **********************. Also made other phone calls to Appliance Tech at **************** and Trans Global with no satisfaction and no call backs from them. Also we had different quotes for part price. As a result of poor customer ********************** we will not be recommending Trans Global or Appliance Tech for future service. *********************************

      I deal with businesses every day for work, so I never leave reviews, but this company left me no choice. This was the WORST customer experience I've ever had. I needed a gas dryer fixed. I called them because most local dealers were busy or not licenced for gas. In order to book my appointment with them, I had to put down over $100 as a deposit. I was told as long as I cancelled 24+ hours prior to my appointment, I would get that back. The first scheduled appt, they cancelled because someone was sick (no problem). The second appt, they send someone who's not licenced to work on gas, when I specifically booked them with all my dryer details and the fact I needed them because it was gas. In the meantime, a local company has a spot, so I try to cancel, which was more than 24 hours prior to my appointment. I called to cancel as a follow up to an email. The guy tells me they had already ordered the part, so I wouldn't get my money back. I asked how they ordered a part when nobody had checked my machine to know what was wrong. He proceeded to swear (f word) multiple times and hung up. After I calmed down, I called again and spoke with a much more reasonable lady. She advised me that it made sense that I would get my deposit because all errors were on their end. I was to get a call back later that afternoon. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. Never use this company. They're rude and scam artists.

      Total nightmare to deal with, they never return calls and when you do talk to them they always say they will call back within 12 to 24 hours. I have had to deal with them for over a month to fix my dryer which was under warranty, talk to 5 different people every time I called and only 1 out of the 5 was respectful to deal with. They sent out a guy to fix the dryer he took it apart and said he doesn't see a problem and would call tech support, and would call me back, he never did so I messaged him back and he said they are sending out parts, a week goes by no call back so i call him to get a estimate time when these parts are coming. No call back, he reads my messages but refuses to return them, so what parts did you order if you don't know what the problem is??? Finally frustration sets in and I say heck with it, Get someone in to look at it that has good reviews, they take it apart and low and behold there is a burnt wire that is visible enough for my 4 year old grandson to even see it.How can you miss this if you are suppose to be a repair man, I say change careers if you cant even see that.so call trans global back to make this complaint and nothing but excuses saying the repair man only ordered parts yesterday ??? WHAT PARTS ?? when he said nothing is wrong with it. This is over a month ago!!!Stay clear of this company and **************** all together they just love to take money and nothing gets done

      This is an awful company. Avoid using them at all cost. I purchased an extended warranty from CAS for my washing machine. It started to leak a year later. Trans global service sent a technician to look at at on November 14. He told me it would take a week for the part to come in. I called a week later. Someone said they would get the adjudicator to call me. No one caller. I called the next day again and got the same response. Again, no call. I spoke to another person who said he would be there email the parts department but I havent heard from anyone. I just found out the company did not order th part until 10 days after they looked at washing machine. It is now December ********************************************************************

      Even though the service did correct what they thought was the problem, the original problem was never addressed even when shown videos (with audio) of the problem. The technician seemed like they could not get done quick enough. ********
