      Terrible service My refrigerator has been broken since OCtober 8 service person came out a week later after it took me 3 days to speak with someone, said it was the compressor shall order part right away. Told them I was going away they said it should be here by end of week we can install following week .I never heard I called on Friday October 21 they said the part was still pending We went on vacation a week later, my phone never rang while I was away and I still have not heard.NOW its been 4 going on 5 weeks no fridge and this is the second repair in less than 4 years.If I do not get a new fridge, some type of compensation now , the inconvience of no fridge for 5 plus weeks, all the food I lost because it is broken and Total Inconvience for even The person I had Come In my home to watch my animals while away. Your service is terrible As Well as the Brick and If there is not compensation At this time I would prefer A New fridge due To the Fact that in less than 4 years this fridge Has Already been Fixed twice and now a Major issue like A Compressor I will make sure social media or any of my friends know what type or service they get with you and the brick as for recommendations there will not be any

      Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with, Hour wait times on their service line, Set up an appointment, tech came and said you need a compressor, but I dont do compressors. He forgot to send notes to Trans Global who he is representing. Took me 6 online visits still no response as it said job progressing normally. That was a lie, called the tech back Ang he said sorry I didnt send a report? Huh? Anyway called again and had to wai four days for a response from the warranty insurance to get back to them and me. I gave up and just called another appliance repai company. Dont buy the extended warranty from ********** or youll spend the rest of your life on the phone . Brutal is being kind

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. Over 2 months without a fridge/freezer (summer time), They finally have a technician come to my house to see the issue, compressor dead on a 4 year old fridge. They book an appointment a month after and THEN they do not call or arrive to do the repair which was booked. I have lost my trust in The Brick and their warranty company, they are the worst and I will NEVER buy another item from them. The love to take your money but don't keep their promise. If you like wasting your money and being EXTREMELY frustrated then buy your crappy appliances from The Brick/**** and get Trans Global and King and State warranty.......they love treating customers like c***

      Worst service ever received after a visit of a transglobal technician to change the board of my range, I discovered after he left that the burners that were working just fine are no longer working and when I called Transglobal I was told that according to them the service call was as completed and place a new service call with my provider If I could give them zero stats I would The technician refused to verify if all was working before leaving he said he cannot wait

      Fraudulent repair company that is owned by The Brick! They never fix anything because the scam involves The Brick, Trans Global and warranty company King and State! Not sure how this hasnt been brought to legal action and investigation with the number of complaints made! I purchased an extended warranty through the brick for my brand new custom home! I had an issue with my washer took Trans Global 3 tries to attempt to fix it. Or I should say pretend to fix it, and then King and State said no more heres a store credit you have to buy a new washer! I bought an Electrolux and it was less than 2 years oldand here I am replacing it! Crazy! Next issue my Electrolux Icon All fridge stops coolingsubmit claim with King and Statethey send a Trans Global Tech out he damages a part trying to locate the issue! They order 5 parts that take 8 months to get. So no working fridge for 8 months! Get a call and finally parts are in ! Tech comes out! Fridge still broken I call them and they say no problem we will call with another appointment! 7 days later we call and file is closed! Back to King and State we go ,,, hire our own Service company only to find out the problem was the compressor and not with any of the parts Trans Global ordered! They literally have no clue how to fix anything! King and State refuse to have it fixed and are trying to give us a store credit!! We want it fixed and we want this company thoroughly investigated! Definitely a scam being run between all 3 companiesowned by THE BRICK!HAD TO LEAVE ONE STAR.OBVIOUSLY THEY GET LESS THAN 0 STARS!

      We filed a complaint about our fridge not cooling off properly about 2 months ago. they sent a Tech WHO DID NOT DO ANYTHING and just said that a part has been frozen on and that it needs to defrost for 2 days. We did what was instructed and even then the fridge was not cooling properly. We filed another claim and asked for A DIFFERENT TECH when I initially called, my husband asked for a different tech via email a few times AND via phone calls as well. WE ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT TECH 5 TIMES. On the day of the supposed repair, we found out that THEY BOOKED US FOR THE EXACT SAME TECH WHO CANCELED A COUPLE OF HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT. We even initially informed them about us having to take a day off work for this but CANCELLED LAST MINUTE FOR A TECH THAT WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED NOT TO BE SENT TO US! They don't know how hard it is for us to take a day off work and we had to request for these to be approved in advance, which they were made aware of.if I can give a 0 star, I would.update: they sent a different tech and it turned out that the fridge actually has a problem. The tech said that they will order the parts and fix the fridge. It has been more than a month now, and apparently NO PARTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED. We have no functioning fridge for three months now because of their terrible service. If you are buying appliances that would make you deal with transglobal, you better look for others!

      WORST s**** around trying to get my refrigerator repaired that i have an extended warranty on. I have been without a refrigerator for 1 month now snd all they do is bs you and pass the buck, when i asked to speak to the ceo they refuse...WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      Too bad you make me give them 1 star, it should be negative. Bought extended warranty. On July 29 our fridge/freezer stopped working. There is power but everything is unfrozen and warm. Just my luck on a long weekend. Call the Brick Sat morning as per my invoice and they confirm I still have warranty and then tell me I have to contact King and State. They gave me the phone number but then told me I would be better to file a claim online because they never answer their phones. Why would you use a company like this then?? Anyways sat on hold for 1 hr through the hold tree which I am pretty sure goes no where I would really like to meet a person who actually gets thru. Then filed online. FYI I was told it could take up to ************************************72 hrs not business hrs, but anyways I hear nothing shocking I know. So we are now on Tuesday Aug 2 long weekend over. I some how got a chat box to pop up not sure how because I have not been able to do it since. I have also put in my phone number to get my access code but you think there is a spot to put it, nope! So in my chat box the person starts telling me that they had the wrong part come in and that they are trying to expedite a new part, I asked what he was talking about as no one had even contacted me let a tech had come out this was his reply "Sorry I somehow went into a wrong event. I see that you already have have an appointment for this Friday August 5th, 2022. Would this be the right day for you?" This was the appt I tried to do online till I got the part that said they wanted me to pay a $90 deposit. Then my phone rings and she tells me that the Fri appt is just a holding appt and that they have put me priority. Well here we are Thurs Aug 4 I have heard nothing from anyone and tomorrow is Fri. Do we thinking a tech will show up?? Do not purchase Brick extended warranty there is no peace of mind and even their staff know this company is c*** Stay tuned....

      Terrible service. I have been waiting 7 months for my cooktop to be repaired. They have tried several times and didn't have the proper parts or the technician arrives and sees the brand and leaves because he doesn't know how to fix that particular cooktop. We provided make and model prior to any visits. They almost fixed it once but then broke the glass top. Cannot get a timelines on material delivery. I hope to never need them again.
