      While individually, the customer ********************** representatives at TransGlobal are pleasant and superficially helpful, the actual service they provide is less than abysmal. I have been waiting months for a gas range repair. A serviceperson has been to the home twice. They have ordered extra parts twice. The new parts they ordered are sitting on my desk - today I was told that the next possible service date is over 3 weeks away. This is months without a workable oven that is under warranty.They will respond perhaps that they can't be responsible for service delays due to parts, or due to the manufacturer, or due to the warranty company. These are poor excuses for service that is inattentive, dismissive, uninvolved, sloppy and of poor value, poor quality and not professional. If I had a choice I would ask anyone else.

      Extended warranty on an oven has to go through an insurance agency and then referred to Transglobal. They ordered my part (which was to be a day or two) and then scheduled an appointment to install it 2 weeks away! So close to 4 weeks without a working oven. I could have had a ********** come and fix it inside a day.

      I purchased appliances through Canadian Appliance Source on Nov 10 2022 and used a ******* 12 month 0% interest deferral plan to make the purchase. During the application I refused insurance, as the bill was hefty enough and I am pretty money conscious. I am unsure what went wrong, but today, Sept 28 2023, I went to close my ******* account and there is an additional 2000$ charge for insurance on my balance. I immediately disputed this with ******* and they told me to contact Trans Global Insurance as they are the insurance company with said policy. However, after NUMEROUS attempts to contact the provided number, zero calls connected me to a customer ********************** representative, and all resulted in a call busy tone. I've also contacted the company through email and have not received a response. I did however manage to reach a representative at Trans Global Service. who was unable to assist with my matter. The vendor was also unable to assist me with this.After applying for my initial credit through *******, I never received any mail about this insurance nor did I sign anything for Trans Global Insurance. I am now stuck with an additional 2000$ charge (practically the amount of what I would have owed in interest if I did not make the payment on time) and I have noone to talk to. From what I can tell, this is an illegitimate company that provides insurance for NOTHING (insurance for monthly payments on a plan that has 0$ monthly payments). I have requested in writing that Trans Global Insurance refund and terminate the insurance and I will update this post accordingly if I hear back from Trans Global Insurance. This is a caution to all consumers who may end up being associated with this Insurance company and I am hopeful that compensation will be provided.

      My issue has been going on for about 3 years. I bought a Maytag Washing Machine from *****************. WITH in no time it was malfunctioning, dirty stains over my clothing.I have complained to The ******************* Trans Global and King ***** Insurance, and still the machine is not working.The Technician has rebuilt the motor and he told his boss that he could not do anymore. If it didnt work this time it was toast. The insurance company told me the warranty had run out, I tried to explain that when my issue was first sent in it was still in effect. I feel they should honour my extended warranty.If Trans Global had done their job correctly by notifying the Insurance Company my Warrant would have been still valid.Please do not buy any extended warranty on appliances from The Brick, the insurance company is crooked. ******

      I was back and forth for my refund from the business I have ended subscription. They charge me an amount every month. When I was tired with on call evrytime, I file complain to BBB who helped me to get my money back.

      It took a month for the guy to come out. So he finally came out I complained it took a month and the service guy left. Unprofessional cry babys I'd rather have a broken fridge then deal with this company again

      I wish there would be a 0 Star. This company is the worst ever the service is poor the repairs are worse.Referred to me by the concierge service with ******* The first visit was just someone to see what the problem was. The second visit was to change the hinges on the washer's door, The service person had a battle with the washer and finally conceded that there was a spacer broken and they would have to order and come back to fix in the meantime not to use the washer because if it breaks it would be or responsibility to fix.A week later no info. Called them again to be told that they has not received the spacer because Electrolux has suspended the repair.I called Electrolux who confirmed that they had not taken any action and they did not stop the repair. They involved Elite Service who came two days later and this service person in contacting Electrolux reprogrammed the wash cycle so that the door would now open when cycle was over.Contacted again Trans global to obtain information on their assertion about the broken spacer, was promised a callback within 24 to 48 hrs.3 days later no call and no response.Why would the BBB not take action against such an ongoing business with their record.Costco .please stop suggesting the use of this repair company.       Beware! Brick Extended Warranty - A Disappointing Scam I am compelled to share my shocking experience with *****'s Extended Warranty service. It has been nothing short of a scam! I purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Brick in ***************************** their extended warranty for added peace of mind.Little did I know that this decision would lead to months of frustration and inconvenience. When my dishwasher malfunctioned, I filed a claim with *****'s extended warranty provider, hoping for a smooth resolution. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth.The process involved numerous visits from an appointed local service company, ************. Each time, they diagnosed the need for a new part, with the promise of a two to three-week wait for its arrival. The inconvenience didn't stop there. The technician provided a five-hour window during weekdays, forcing me to take time off work to ***** them access, further disrupting my already hectic schedule.To add insult to injury, despite their repeated attempts, the dishwasher remains non-functional. It is disheartening to see the service provider running out of solutions and unable to deliver on their promises. As a family with three children, managing day-to-day chores and cooking without a dishwasher for three months has been a nightmare.I had trusted Brick and their extended warranty to provide reliable support during such circumstances. However, this experience has shattered my confidence in their service. The extended warranty feels like nothing more than a deceptive ploy to extract money from unsuspecting customers.I strongly caution anyone considering Brick's Extended Warranty to think twice. Spare yourself the distress, wasted time, and a false sense of security. They have shown a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.
