      I request BBB to strongly act on this business. I did not choose them to service my appliance, but they were referred by my extended warranty company. Call placed last month for my appliance and technician showed up after a week of complaint.Technician did not even stay for 5 minutes - walked into house, opened the refrigerator and told me, I need new compressor and parts. He will order and later they would repair. Two weeks past, but no news. Called them numerous time and they have plenty of story to tell. First - your extended warranty is just approved, your parts been just ordered, your parts are on back order, Oh, your parts here. After 2 weeks of numerous call, another technician came with (supposedly with parts) - this time technician look at the refrigerator and tells me that parts that were ordered are of no use, your issue is different and I will have to order another parts.After technician left, called the office again - and surprisingly she is still telling me the same story of parts on back order from last technician visit. She simply doesn't have any clue on what is going on. When I told her that another technician was here yesterday and he told me that another parts are to be ordered - she was like.. oh ... I see... that parts are ordered. When I asked her the part numbers, she didn't have that information. She says - only technicians know the part number - either she thinks I am fool or she is high on the duty ! But even after didn't knowing the part number, she knew that part is coming in on the exact date.I guess by now you would have known, they run circus and not the business. It is summer and I am without working refrigerator for more than a month now. I would not give them a single star and strongly request BBB to act on this business malpractice.

      **** ,a Trans Global Appliance Technician with 6 years Experience showed up at the designated time, I was his 6th. customer. **** was very polite and he knew exactly what he needed to do to fix the problem. My dishwasher is now purring like a cat, and I am extremely happy. I am proud to be associated with Trans Global and in meeting this wonderful gentleman, ****

      Service Event #********. **** is the Installer and he was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with questions I had. He also work diligently and finished in appropriate time, and did an excellent job of installment. A very conscience guy - I wish there were more like him. A great asset to your company.       ****** et Luc de Trans Global Service sont venu chez nous pour rparer ma scheuse Electrolux. Ils ont dsassembl la machine, ont trouv ****** - une vis mal assemble qui a endommag un axe et le roulement. Ils ont remplac la pice dfectueuse et ont rassembl la machine, qui fonctionne maintenant excellent.****** et *** ont prouv une haute comptence professionnelle et beaucoup de respect pour le produit et pour le client.Flicitations Brahim!Flicitations ***!********************************* ***********************************************************************

      This is a terrible company. They have their technicians on such a short leash that they can't even wait 5 minutes for a customer who has been called away.The customer has a 2 or 4 hour window when they have to be available. Something came up and I had to leave the house for a few minutes, the tech did not wait.I talked to customer ********************** - the techs are not allowed to wait more than 5 minutes.This is a bad deal for the customer, a bad deal for the tech (there is such a thing as a traffic delay), a bed deal for customer ********************** who has to take the calls.So - no service done because the tech could not wait 5 mins for me to come home - AND no refund. So I have the honour of paying for a service call that never happened.I would never deal with this company again, and I would never advise someone else to do business with them.

      We have a Jennair inbuilt fridge that has only given us issues from the get-go.But after having Oneiko from transglobal come in to fix the lights in no time left us with some hope that there are technicians who still know their job HANDS DOWN THE BEST TECHNICIAN- ONEIKO ?????????5 star service , extremely polite and professional please request ONEIKO If you need a knowledgeable technician.Thank you *****

      One star is to much for this group they take on contacts and don't even show up to do the work waited 6 months if you get work under warranty and they tell you transgloble tell them you want someone else cause they will never show up

      No service provided for over 6 months.Leaking and broken parts on a 1000$ whirlpool dishwasher.No return calls as promised Hours on hold Disconnected and had to call back again on hold when asking to be transferred to manager Was sent an email address to contact their customer ********************** after posting a ****** review , email bounced back.Have been super patient but now its damaged the cabinet.

      DO NO BUY THIS WARRANTY FROM Canadian Appliance Stores!!!! I agree with everyone, worst warranty company I have ever dealt with, they want you to submit online claim takes 3-5 days then another 10 days to come out (not looking forward to that). Be prepared to take a day off 8-4 is time frame given.
