    SCAM - Free trial is not really a free trial. do not enter your credit card info into their site.

I can also confirm we communicated with you through emails about the trial information and the membership details when you started the trial and monthly subscription.     I'm surprised to see the low ratings for this business. As a microbusiness co-owner, I appreciate the convenience of generating agreements with ease and sending to my clients for electronic signing. It makes us look professional. I find the annual fee quite reasonable for what we get in return, even when we only do a handful of contracts per year.

    Unfortunately, I invested time in creating documents after signing up for free trial with my CC info provided. I was unable to edit, download or print the documents. Total waste of time.It says it is rated an A+ by the BBB. This is a lie. It isn't even listed on the BBB list.

    I signed up for a one week free trial and cancelled on the 8/7/33 by entering discontinue on the list of boxes that appear. Like everyone else with a complaint, they continued billing me. I was unaware of this for two months. They were useless on the phone. They wouldnt honor my refund request because I didnt respond to the email they sent me that I never received nor realized I should be looking for. Im pretty sure they reactivate your credit card after the cancellation. Ive cancelled the card but still wasted almost $100. They could see the account hadnt been used but didnt care. There are other companies with the same service. Id avoid this one like the plague.

    I won't tell you what I actually think of your business. I would never ever have bought a "link" for more than $25 bucks. I just feel really conned.I couldn't agree more with the reviews: A total garbage product and service (what service?)Really, BBB should take action against these kinds of "businesses".Thanks for nothing!This review is going to the BBB, promise!

    I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up! Same issue here with payment taken after free trial subscription was cancelled well in advance and confirmed by email. Emailed to get a refund but no response!

    I started a free trial yet immediately cancelled within minutes. I have 2 confirmations that my subscription was cancelled yet I received an unauthorized charge from them today! My payment information should not have been saved nor used as I didnt authorize either. User beware.
