    Their website says the parts are in stock and will ship in 1 to 3 days. So when I ordered the parts they took my money and said they are back ordered and will not be in for 5 to 8 weeks and if I cancel they were going to charge me 25 percent restocking fee. The next day their website still says the parts are in stock. This is a total scam, if I knew it would take 5 to 8 weeks to get these I never would have ordered them to begin with. They also tried to charge me for shipping when the website said Free Shipping. Stick with a reputable company like Summit , Rock Auto or Jegs.

    While the parts are now in stock, they were not at the time you ordered and thus there is a 25% restocking fee when cancelling a backorder / special order within 90 days. Had you not cancelled the order, you'd already have the items. As far as shipping goes, you reside in *** which is considered a remote area by couriers. We offer free shipping in most cases, but this excludes oversize items and remote areas. There is a $12.76 surcharge which was shown to you at checkout. You opted to pay this fee... If you didn't want to pay for shipping or wait for a backorder, I'm unsure of why you placed the order.

    The worst company I have ever had to deal with. For refunds or getting any answers is next to impossible, but they can do a mean tap dance around anything to explain their way out. I ordered a set of steel 15 " trim rings, great price and fast delivery, but the manufacturing was shoddy at best where the joint was at the valve stem hole, thus the thin chrome did not cover the deep gouges and was clearly a different shade of chrome. This was reported immediately to them and was told to fill out a return form and take 3 pictures of the damage. This was done as instructed and I had asked them to open the new box and check the rings to make sure they did not have the same problem. Was then told as per company policy, they do not open any boxes as customers do not like to receive anything that has been opened. I further explained that there was no point shipping out the same thing again if was to be the same problem, and that was a few days later. I was then told that I should apply for a refund and reorder the stainless set of rings. This was done and the next day a set of the same steel rings shows up on the front porch. Same problem as before, not smoothed out on the joining weld and thin chrome of a different shade than the rest of the ring. Same story again, except now the manufacturer has accepted the one claim, but the other claim has been denied after 2 weeks. So in summery I have 2 sets of trim rings that I would be ashamed to put on anything I own, unless it was a garbage hauler only. and no paperwork to return anything to them for any kind of a refund. Have asked for a phone call back-nothing, and no return emails for 10 days from them. This has been going on since Oct 15, a full 50 days, and just nothing. Just AVOID DEALING WITH AT ALL COSTS, unless you like to be ripped off and stay frustrated with your purchase. Maybe a trip to ********** and drop off the garbage they send out would save them the return freight costs. *********************

    You submitted 3 product returns for the same singular product which, for obvious reasons, cannot be accommodated. Let us keep in mind as we go over this that this is a set of trim rings for 15" wheels that costs less than $20/pc once the shipping is removed from the equation.RMA-224451514312 requested an exchange for order ***** on Oct 19, 2023. This is the return for warranty that was forwarded to the manufacturer. The manufacturer elected to send a replacement set free of charge to you as a result of an extremely minor blemish within the chrome. A replacement order ***** was created and shipped Oct 26, 2023 and delivered October 31, 2023. You kept the original items, for a total of 8 trim rings in your possession.RMA-224451532364 requested a refund for order ***** Oct 26, 2023. This return was rejected since the first request was already resolved and replacement on the way.RMA-224451746231 requested a refund for order ***** Nov 03, 2023. This return was rejected since the first request was already resolved. This was after the replacement order was already received. RMA-************ requested a refund for order ***** (the warranty replacement) Nov 03, 2023. This request was rejected by the manufacturer, since they already sent one replacement item for a warranty claim that was marginal at best. I apologize that these extremely inexpensive trim rings did not meet your expectations; however, neither TPS nor the manufacturer are prepared to invest any more time, goods, or shipping costs on this transaction as a result of your unreasonable conduct and expectations.

    As an ******** business we do not communicate in French so I'm thinking that's half the problem we're having here. You submitted a product return claiming shipping damage, In the photos submitted there was no such shipping damage, and thus your return request was rejected since the return request was invalid. Should there be missing items inside the package, this manufacturer has elected to handle warranty direct to customer. Missing items internally when the box is perfectly intact is not shipping damage.

    WORST RUN COMPANY IN *******...ordered item, tried to contact them shortly after , but their helpdesk was out of order...i was informed later that the item was a special order and would be 12 +wks before it would arrive.Tried to cancel but they would only refund 75 % of order, (even though it was 12+wks away!!)which judging by the numerous bad reviews ,this is their scam they are noted for...SPREAD THE ***** THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

    It's always interesting when customer's such as ******************************* feel the need to disguise their real name when writing something like this. I had a look at our helpdesk history and we received zero contact from this customer until 8 days after the order was placed for an item that requested he contact us regarding the availability of this product prior to purchasing on the product page. As has been explained within our helpdesk (and outlined within our refund policy and the customer's invoice) cancellations on special-order non-stocking items are subject to a 25% restocking fee inside of 90 days or we can issue a 100% store credit. This isn't a scam, it's us ensuring we're not stuck with a warehouse full of obscure, specialized items with very little market demand... which is what makes them special-order. Cancelling these orders all day long with zero repercussions certainly WOULD put us out of business. I've been doing this quite a while now and can show you a plethora of history of items sold on ******** marketplace and Kijiji for a significant loss - pennies on the dollar - after sitting on the shelf collecting dust for years. The 25% restocking fee only recovers a fraction of the costs of this unplanned, surplus, undesirable inventory. If you don't want to pay restocking fees, don't blindly order items that are non-stocking and opt to cancel within a week.

    I ordered the wrong item and I'm still in the 30 day return policy and it's a stocking item and it's still in the box but they said they won't take it back. That's to be they can but won't so I'm ****** off.

    You submitted 6 product returns for the same product, of which some were rejected since we cannot take back the same item multiple times for multiple refunds - pretty straightforward if you stop and think about it for a minute between bombarding us with return requests. There is one return that is still processing, expected to be approved within 48 hrs

    Prices are good. I got my parts. It does take a while for them to ship your order and you dont hear anything from them until they do. So communications could be better (they say not to contact them).
