    Truck parts superstore. Total scam. Bought a efi that was " in stock" on the website then heard nothing from company after they billed my **** $1400 dollars. Emailed them 3 weeks later when nothing showed up and no info and they claimed the part was special order. Called them and they said it was a 25% percent restocking fee if I cancel order. It's been 2 months so far. No part. Also they changed the website to say special order AFTER I had inquired about the part. So pretty shady company....only saving ***** is the restocking fee turns to 5% after 90 days of no show. My advice, don't buy from them. Go to summit, ******, amazon, 4 wheel parts etc.

    First of all, this is not a scam and we wouldn't be sailing passed 25K fulfilled orders in the coming week if it were. The product was not in stock at the time of order and our website did not say it was... because it never has been and we have the inventory history to back that up. It's special order only and our website requested that you contact us regarding the availability of this product on the product page prior to ordering which you did not do.Our policy on cancellations is very clearly listed on the website. We have no desire to stock these items when they arrive, which is why the restocking fee is so strict. You're asking us to sit on a $1300 item with zero prior sales history that we are having brought in specifically for you. We will inevitably have to clear this item out a year or two down the road with a pound of dust on it at half what we paid... ask me how I know...The item is on backorder internally at ******, Estimated Ship Date: 12/29/2023. We'll see it a couple weeks later on a stock order. Finally, Summit, ******, Amazon, 4WP, etc. do not have ****** EFI ******* sitting on the shelf either and the *** is the same... imagine that.

    Don't ever try to return something to this company, You well get a wide awakening. I sent emails and asked for a call back, never happened. I called there phone number, all you well get is the typical "all our people are busy and your call is important , and so on. I asked for a reply, you will get a text. If you would like to do some research on my order the number was *****, and ****** was the person on the other end of several emails.*******************

    Hi ***,The item you ordered is an AVS hood deflector. These items have an extremely low competitive retail value as a loss-leader, which means we often take a loss on the initial shipping cost to you since these items make up a large dimensional weight, which means we get billed a lot by couriers even though it is light in weight because it takes up a lot of space. Unfortunately, it sounds like you purchased the incorrect product. With a value of $99 retail and a cost of shipping exceeding $50 each way, your return was rejected by us, since essentially you would have to pay us to accept the return... there's a deficit in the cost of shipping both ways. I've yet to encounter anyone that wants to proceed in a scenario like this. If you'd like to do this, we can certainly facilitate but ****% of customers that make an error in ordering plastic deflectors like this elect to sell the item privately on ******** or Kijiji type marketplaces to recoup the funds since there are none to recoup by returning the product. If you would like to proceed to pay to return this product, you can reach out to our helpdesk and they will setup an invoice for the freight costs.

    Absolutely terrible. Ordered Fenders and they sent me the wrong style, sent an exchange request showing pictures and describing my issue and they semd out hardware 2 WEEKS after the fact. so now im out the money and didnt recieve the product i paid for. Will never order from them and make this mistake again, and i hope nobody else will either. Absolutely appalled.

    Your original order shipped 09/28/23. Your pocket style fender flares were missing the screws for the pocket as a result of a manufacturer packing error as you informed us on 10/02 with the information required for warranty submitted on 10/04. We submitted the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. The manufacturer sent us the hardware. We shipped it to you 10/18. While it is unfortunate that there was a packaging error at the manufacturer, unfortunately sometimes these things happen since we're all human and the issue was since resolved in what is generally considered a reasonable amount of time to get warranty parts out of the US. You now have the exact product you paid for, albeit a few weeks later than you and we had hoped... But I'm not sure what more we could've done here given the circumstances.

    Purchased a 6 lift kit it was missing the strut spacers , TPS refused to assist in any way since it was 33 days and they didnt honour returns after 30 days, I wasnt trying to return anything and their refund policy is 90 days on their web site, I just wanted what I purchased. I spoke to the Manufacturer Rough Country and they told me they would send me spacers at no charge if I could supply them with the purchase order tracking number that TPS used when ordering from Rough Country but TPS refused to provide this number, ****** the customer service representative told me I was attempting to wrangle free parts. All I wanted was what I purchased or the tracking information rough country requested to get me the what I needed. I was called a liar and a cheat from the customer service representative at TPS. It added $1000 extra for the work because they shorted me the spacers and I had to purchase new struts to compensate. Ive never been treated so horrible as a customer and this was not cheap lift.

    Below is a transcript from our helpdesk history which will illustrate that we are attempting to help you and will also show two instances where you responded by belittling our staff rather than answering simply questions. To summarize, prior to reaching out to the manufacturer for warranty, we need to confirm you've received all 5 component boxes, which were cartoned into 4 boxes with tracking for each carton. If a carton was lost, it is a shipping claim. If all 5 component boxes were received, it is a manufacturer warranty claim.****** Yesterday at 1:57 PM Hi ******,This kit is composed of 4 boxes. We shipped 4 boxes to you and you signed for 4 boxes at Purolator but you're telling us you only have two. We cannot go to RC for a warranty claim with two whole boxes missing when we have proof of delivery for those two boxes.Here are the 4 tracking links. You can pull your own signature and proof of delivery (the same 4 images I sent you last week) on your end if you wish... But if you want to go through all of the motions you just said, these 4 signatures are all we need to prove you received all 4 boxes.**4 tracking numbers omitted from BBB response for confidentiality**So... Are you missing two boxes, or are you only missing strut spacers?********************************* Yesterday at 2:18 PM You keep going in circles man , the kit that was in 2 boxes showed up , I signed 1 electronic device for both boxes, the kit was installed on the truck nothing is missing other than the spacers if I were missing 2 boxes I would be missing half the kit but Im not only spacers , I spoke to **** at the Purolator depot in ************ she confirmed the weight bill was only 2 peices why are you still making the argument call ******************* in ************ **** can confirm 2 boxes one was very heavy and the other was about 50-60lbs go ask someone with a clue how much does a single lift kit weighs its not 300 + lbs thats for sure, think before you make these allegations and call me a liar my god this is why I question your mental capacity you have no idea whats in the dam box if I got 4 boxes then you sent me 2 lift kits and then you owe me 2 sets of struts because neither kits would of had them and how do you put 2lifg kits on 1 truck find the ship weight of 1 standard kit and rub your forehead really fast to warm up the brain and put 2 n 2 together a relize I only received 1 kit and it had no dam spacers , now youre business just cost me a grand because I chose to be your customer something I will never do again and try help others not make the same mistake I did, and why cant you give me the information rough country asked for they were gonna try help but you refused to assist in any way . ********************************* Yesterday at 2:24 PM I made the report and mentioned your name to the BBB . And am also going to file the claim in court against you this is not over by any means I gave you ample opportunity to help by providing the information rough country needs or by waddling over to the warehouse and finding the strut spacers some other low mental capacity employee forgot to toss in one of the 2 boxes the other idiot shipped.

    They only answer until you make your payment. I spent 2k and I have not received my items or received my money back.I purchased two items a couple of months ago. I just received half of one and the second one was never shipped. I requested a refund 20 days ago and they say it will be processed. 6 days later they sent the second item (after acknowledging my refund request) and never responded to my emails again. I have not received the item yet and I do not want it.

    You purchased two items on 09/02, so with today being the 30th, that most certainly is not a couple of months ago. You stated you have not received your items, but then you said you received half of one? **************, because the tracking I have shows 1 of 2 items was received 09/08, 5 bus. days after ordering. The second item is being held by the freight company and their tracking shows instructions to call them for an appointment. As we discussed with you within our helpdesk, we received your cancellation request, but we cannot cancel an order with shipped items. If you are no longer interested, you may submit a product return request upon receipt.

The product is still available, thus our refund policy below applies:Cancellations on any backordered or special order item within 90 days from date of purchase for any reason WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND ($10.00 Minimum) to recover the costs of unplanned surplus inventory, administration costs, and credit card transaction fees. Orders cancelled outside of 90 days from date of purchase for any reason will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to recover administration costs and credit card transaction fees. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the full amount and/or apply this amount toward an alternative item.
