    *************** Listing parts on the website as in stock however when trying to order said parts the parts magically arent in stock and suggestions to try something else are made . Bait and switch is just a waste of time for everyone. Reading these bbb reviews is comical seems as if its very hard to leave a bad ****** review for some reason . Glad people can at least share what a waste of time this company is here .

    The product you inquired about did not state it was in stock anywhere. It's a 0 QOH item as of right now, so it states "Please Contact for Availability" on the product page, which you did. A team member explained to you that the item was backordered and offered 3 paths forward for you. You requested that we obtain an inbound freight quote. We sent that request off, the manufacturer advised that they do not have inventory and therefore didn't quote freight. The response we received from you was:"Hello thanks kindly let manufacturer know they s**k b***s and shouldnt be wasting my time or yours ."This triggered an auto-response in our helpdesk which requested you refrain from using fowl language and treat our staff respectfully, to which you responded:"Maybe you cant read ? I said the manufacturer ? "I think that that interaction as well as this review explain what kind of person you are. Best of luck with whomever you bless with your patronage moving forward.

    My running board price went yp 30$ when it was in my cart ....Price went up when I decided to buy 5 minutes later!!!! because they said supply and demand site says there are many in stock. Brutal company practice unsympathetic emplyee was is very unprofessional

    It took you at least 4 days from adding the item to your cart to eventually purchase it. In that time period, the 1 remaining item we had at our old cost was sold and thus the price went up based on our new cost of goods. I would like you to pop by your local gas station, grocery store, restaurant, etc. after the price goes up and ask them if you can get the price from 4-5 days ago. Looking forward to hearing how that goes for you! This is not a 'practice', this is just how business works. When our cost goes up, yours has to as well. We're not going to lose the small amount of profit we make on this stuff because you took 4 days to pull the trigger. Your sense of entitlement is astounding.

    Website said I would receive parts Friday July 21, which is why i ordered from them and not my usual supplier. When I emailed to ask where the parts were on Monday July 24th they said they are back ordered and will take 2-3 weeks. I cancelled since I needed them sooner, and they said the will charge me a 25% restocking fee. Now they are throwing their policy manual at me saying they need $125 so they can hold on to them at their AUTOPARTS store, which I guess is a lot to ask, and then sell them later for full price.Online support is like dealing with robots with bad attitudes. Constantly repeating their policy without addressing how wrong it is that their website misled me at time of order. Of course I would agree with their policies since I was told the product would show up on time. Now I have no parts and an infuriating email chain. I recommend anyone who wants autoparts to order somewhere else that has some customer service and a bit of tact. I will pay triple the price to deal with decent people.

Orders cancelled outside of 90 days from date of purchase for any reason will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to recover administration costs and credit card transaction fees. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the full amount and/or apply this amount toward an alternative item.     Ordered a part, then canceled an hour later. The part literally did not even exist and had to be manufactured, yet they charge you a 25% restocking fee for something that doesn't even physically exist. On a separate different, much better website, months ago I had to do the same thing and they didn't charge me a dime and gave me a full refund. I would think twice about doing any business with these people.

    Have tried to reach out to get an indication why product hasnt been shipped and all I get is generic messages and no response about my order. This is the poorest PR I have ever seen. Seems like they just dont care once they take your money. Lots of communication prior to the order being placed none after.

    Your order was placed on Saturday July 22. It was processed Monday July 24. Both products show "Order ships between: 07/19/2023 to 07/26/2023" on the product page, which is also reflected on your invoice. They shipped on Monday July 24, which is the same day as processing and the next business day after the order was received. The reason you did not receive a response from our helpdesk is because you sent 7 different inquiries in a matter of 5 days, which continuously bumped your ticket to the bottom of our helpdesk queue. This is explained in the email auto-responses which you received no less than 5 times.
