On February 25, 2024 I ordered $131.24 (US money) worth of products from ************************. The company is well known to teachers through ************ platforms like instagram and tiktok. The owner makes acrylic reward jars with tokens for classroom teachers. In ************************************************ own child, it was small and didn't cost that much. That order took 6 months to get here to the ** from ******. The business owner always responded to my emails and would frequently update her instagram page explaining that she was extremely busy and items were delayed. I also knew another teacher that ordered from her and she said her package took 5 months to arrive, the owner told everyone its due to customs. Since I had ordered once before this time in February I used my debit card. I was excited because the owner had gone live on instagram explaining that she was now only taking a limited amount of orders, so they would ship faster. So I ordered 2 of her 100 count jars with tokens. After 3 months I realized the tracking still hasn't moved so I emailed her. No response, I tried commenting on social media, she turned comments off, only positive ones show. She also changed her Instagram name to "Wearegoodmood" but the website listed is still ****************************. She wont respond to messages, emails and there isn't a phone number listed anywhere. She also has started making other items but still offers the jars. I have even asked other people to email for me, I would just like my money back or even my original order would be fantastic. Purchased a wooden reward token jar from this company on November 25, 2023 for $42.94 Cdn. Order number is ***** Processing time was estimated to be 4-6 weeks. We are on month 5 and still no product. Emailed the company asking about my order about 5 times and messaged on instagram but ZERO reply. On January 26th 2024 I got an email that my package is being sent through ****** post and provided a tracking number which is **************** It was supposed to arrive about 10 days later but it did not. I called Canada post and they said that the item is delayed on their site because the sender (My Reward Jar) only made a label for my product but never sent it out because *********** did not receive it. I have emailed them multiple times about what *********** said but still absolutely NO responses back from this seller at all in the past almost 6 months of dealing with this order. I would like to be contacted by the seller and have my money refunded as I cannot in good faith believe that my item will arrive to me. I feel cheated out of my money and cannot believe there has been zero communication on their part to a paying customer.Initial Complaint

Jan 8 2023 I placed an order with my sister worth $574aud for Reward jars and tokens.I just want my refund & for others not to be placed in the same position.***** said she sent it May 28.Order never received & Canada post maintains that a shipment was picked up, but my item itself was never scanned.July 26 I asked her to chase it up, she said she would but didn't reply for 3 months.Oct 27 she promised to remake the order & send it asap.She then cut all communication for 2 months.Dec 21 she cancelled the order & said we'd be refunded the next day.Dec 23 she changed this to "we are issuing the refund directly, for accounting purposes it wont be deposited until the new year".Once again cut all contact for 2 months.She re-promised refund multiple times early March 2024, but refused to use paypal. I made new bank account to accommodate the ************* through info.***** once again cut all contact.- It has been 15 months since order made - Over 5 months since she said she'd redo the order - Over 3 months since she said she'd refund the next day - A month since I jumped through her hoops to accommodate her 'changing goalposts' refund *********** game.Claims attempted to refund, but due to the length of time she dragged it out, a direct refund on paypal doesn't work. She ignored/refused all requests to resolve this via a new transaction (suggested by ************** & has not sent through the direct wire transfer. We reached out countless times since placing our order, she receives the communication & deceitfully deletes the comments on social media/ignores us.She has done this to so many other people that I believe it warrants being classified as a scam.Extremely common repeated pattern of taking orders, not fulfilling them, blocking customers & removing negative comments/reviews constitutes false advertising, unethical business practices & could be classified as premeditated theft (illegal activity) & should be raised with the relevant authorities.Customer Answer

Added a current update of the *********** tracking information.
Based on discussions with Canada post, an electronic label was made by ***** and a shipment later picked up in which she listed our package as being within the manifest, however they cite the item itself was never scanned/there is no evidence that it was actually contained within the shipment.(*********** explained this was the difference between 'shipment picked up' and 'item picked up'). Our package was never scanned into the system, and based on the repetitive feedback from other My Reward Jar customers citing the exact same scenario and *********** input, we have strong suspicions it was never sent
If she ever made the insurance claim, she never passed the refund on to us, which is form of fraud. If she didn't make the claim, that, alongside with the repetitive nature of this complaint from others potentially indicates a premeditated scam/the outright theft of our money.
Either way, we paid for our order, there is no evidence it was actually sent, and we recieved no refund.

I placed an order (Order #*****) on myrewardjar.com (textures by *****) on August 11,2023. On 11/20/2023 I received a shipping confirmation. The tracking number was never linked to any product. They do not respond to any messages. I purchased $109.00 worth of items from My Reward Jar in September. Item finally shipped December 19th 2023. Was supposed to be delivered January 3rd, but it has a ******** origin scan and thats it. Like so many other complaints on here. *** sent dozens of emails and Instagram messages and no response. Its really ridiculous these are things for my classroom and students and I got scammed. Ordered a jar in Aug 2023. Waited the 12 weeks for delivery. Emailed 3 times in Dec 2023. No response. Got an email confirming shipment. Estimated delivery was supposed to be Dec 28 2023. Ordered/paid on 8/23/22 for $76.75. Waited the 12 week agreed timeline for it to be produced. Shipment information submitted by company on 12/15/23 to Canada post. Delivery date was suggested to be 12/29/23. As of today, 1/20/24 I havent received a product. There has been no update to shipping information. I have tried to contact the business through email and instagram message 4 times with absolutely no contact or response. Incredibly frustrating.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although it took making this complaint for the sender to send out my items, I am still happy to finally receive them after waiting since August of last year. I hope that the seller can see the issues with order processing and resolve it.

I ordered a product from this company back in August 2023. I was very aware that the product may take up to 12 weeks for delivery so I waited and waited. Finally in November I got an email that my product would be shipping. I was provided with a tracking number from Canadian post. When searching the tracking number, it does not exist, or the product was never shipped and gone through the post office. I have sent eight emails to this company with no response. I have posted on her social media with no response. I have even contacted her through messenger ******************** with no response. At this point, I just want my money back.Customer Answer

I placed an order with this company July 27th 2023 and have yet to receive the order. I have reached out through their e-mail provided 5 times, as well as reached out to their social media account. I have received ONE automated reply that they were not working on the weekend and would reply on Monday. Zero response other than that. Based on their social media, many people are also commenting they have also not received their orders after an extended period. She is then hiding peoples complaint comments as they often disappear the next day, This was a custom order that was expected to take twelve weeks but that would have meant I would have received the product at the latest November. She is taking teachers money and not sending the product. Simple as that. I can even understand the delay, but zero communication or replies from the company about what is happening is just not right.Initial Complaint

Ordered on August 16, 2023, was supposed to get a rewards jar with rewards tokens for.my classroom, seller has not replied to multiple inquiries via email and through etsy, a tracking number was provided on eay December, but item is "delayed" (see screenshot provided)
