    I placed an order on July 23, 2023. The business noted that it could take up to 12 weeks to the complete order. I got an email on October 30 saying my order was on its way. I have not received the item, nor have I been able to get an update. Ive emailed, posted messages and still no update.

    On July 5, 2023 I made a purchase of $36.25 for a reward jar (Order #*****)on the website: myrewardjar.com. I have NOT received the product yet. I tried contactingthem and received no responses on either email, instagram page and shopify contact. I understood, according to their instagram, that they had a huge amount of orders so I waited patiently. On Oct. 4, I received a notification through Shopify that there was a shipping label created for my order, but never got an email about it. When I wrote on their insta page they finally replied back sending a screenshot that they did email and I replied back that I had not received it, to which no one replied back. Again, I have been waiting patiently for the item to arrive and its been a month with no updates on where is the item and no replies to ANY of my numerous messages. No info, no updates, no replies, no product. I want my money back, the business seems legit, but it's obvious this item will not make it to me. Plus is frustrating they don't have a customer service in place.

    I ordered their product back in June 2023. I never received my product. I sent countless emails and messages to the company and never got anyone to help me. They took my $88 and never shipped the product.

    I ordered a reward jar for my classroom back on June 28th. About a week after I ordered I got a message that due to a lot of orders it would be delayed 6 weeks. Now we are at Oct. 25th and they will not answer emails or return and messages on my order or give me a refund. I am very frustrated by the whole situation and I am not the only one because people are posting about her scamming them and people not getting their orders. Ive waited this long I either want a refund or it delivered by Nov. 1

    On May 27, 2023, I ordered a large Reward Jar from this company. It said 4-6 weeks for delivery. When it was over 6 weeks I checked on my order. No communication. It took several weeks to get any replies and it was very generic. They were busy and working on orders. ********************************* September I got confirmation it was shipped and finally delivered. I never received it. The company immediately emailed me back and said they were looking into why it was sent back to them. I emailed a few times after that checking on it and no response. I had no idea what was going on or if I was being scammed. Finally, after 20 weeks from when I placed my order it was on my doorstep. No notification it shipped or anything. When opened it was a little uneven and didnt stick to my whiteboard. After 20 weeks I expected better, I guess. I emailed the company and explained my concerns over the product. Never got a reply until today and they told me to just try sticking to another area. Its my whiteboard, not their product. I asked for a partial refund and they are refusing. Its just been horrible communication, took 5 times longer to get than promised with little communication or concern from them.

    I ordered a reward jar and extra tokens to use in my elementary classroom. I placed an order a June 25 and spent $79.25. I have not received my items and cannot receive any response to my multiple emails nor social media messages. This company is a fraudulent scam. They have hidden messages from other teachers who also have asked for a response after months of no response or product. This whole thing is one big scam.

    I placed an order on July 7th with an 8 week expected wait time. That has come and gone. I have emailed multiple times. I received one response telling me it is taking longer than expected and to be patient. I was for 5 more weeks. I then emailed again asking for a refund. No response.
