    Order placed in August of 2023. Allowed 12 weeks for delivery. Notified package had shipped on November 14, 2023. Tracking number is not recognized and package never received from shipper. I have sent 4 emails to this company, My Reward Jar. They will not respond. Tracking number they provided is not recognized and is a bogus number. This company is scamming its thousands of followers. Paid $45.00 for a product I never received and company will not respond to emails. I have asked for refund.

    Date of transaction: Aug. 11, 2023 Purchase: Reward Jar Happy Daisies personalized with Mrs. ****** Class. Cost: $35.50 Was told it could take up to 12 weeks to deliver. Received a notice of tracking information *********** with Canada post tracking number LA261493327CA. Package didnt arrive so I checked the number and it said that there is no such tracking number. I emailed the reward jar company on 11/30/23 to let them know all of this and received no reply. I emailed again on 12/5/23 letting them know I would take further action if they didnt respond to me and still no response.

    I placed an order with this business in July. I had emailed the company several times when my order had still not shipped in August. It finally shipped on September 20th, but I still have not received it. It shows it is still in transit. I have tried to contact the business multiple times since September and can not get a response. My order was $182.50 and now I would just like a refund.

    Reward Jar for classroom. Ordered in June. Got a noticed it was shipped on Sept 22nd. The shipping company said they didnt receive the item. Was told to contact My Reward Jar. Several emails. Instagram comments and messages and nothing. Very disappointing as these are items for teachers.

    I ordered the product on July 29th 2023 knowing full well it could take up to 12 weeks to ship which I was fine with. When that 12 week **** passed I emailed to inquire about my order. I was told the item would be shipping the next week. The item did not ship. As far as I can see a shipping label was created but nothing was ever shipping or obviously delivered.

    I ordered from My Reward Jar in mid July. I knew it would be 12 weeks processing time at the time of purchase. The mid July order reached the 12 weeks at the start of October. I still do not have said product at the end of November and My Reward Jar will not communicate with me about the product. For over a month I have tried to email them to find out what I going on and they will not respond to me. I feel like the business is a fraud and I'd like a refund and to warn others about them.

    I purchased a large classroom reward jar on August 3rd. I was told that order volumes were higher than normal, so I would have to wait 12 weeks. After 12 weeks I reached out to the company via email and instagram direct messages. I have reached out at least ten times, and only received one response that told me to be patient.Eventually, I was notified that my order shipped. This was on November 7th. As of today, November 15th, there has been no update or progress on the tracking info for the order. It just says that a label was created. Nothing has been mailed.The company refuses to respond to any form of communication. The worst part is that they hide negative comments and questions about orders on their instagram page so that new customers don't know the truth about their order. They also use bots to make positive comments to boost their social media stats and draw in new customers. Although they cannot respond to emails they do find the time to post new products, sales, and reposts of other people using their reward jars daily. This company is the ultimate ****** that appearances can be deceiving. They should be ashamed of ******* ******** who already have limited funds into spending more on products that never arrive.
