    On October 5, 2021 I ordered two jackets from Mia Melon (Order # *****). One jacket was a pre-order that was supposed to arrive in January 2022. It has never arrived. I initially received a few updates from Mia Melon via email and text advising me of delays with the order due to supply chain challenges. There has been no update since May 2022, despite my texts, emails and phone calls. The item cost $294.00 + tax. I would like this refunded to my *****

    I ordered two jackets on October 12, for a total of $350. Order # ****** My credit card was charged.
    My order has never been fulfilled. I’ve never received an email notifying me of shipment. I’ve sent a dozen emails to various customer service accounts, with no response. I’ve tried calling customer service daily for 3 weeks; there is never an answer on their customer service phone. I’ve made complains on social media, which prompted them to private message me. They said to email their customer support team to address this case, which I did. No response. I am utterly and thoroughly frustrated. I’ve bought their jackets (in person) for years and love the product. But their online system amounts to nothing but theft.

    I ordered a coat from Mia Melon on September 16th, 2022 for US$152.24, order #*****. I received the coat late October (shipped under order #*****). As per their return policy for a pre-order, I am eligible for a return. I have been attempting to contact the company for nearly two weeks. They do not respond to emails, chat messages, or answer the phone. They are unreachable. The phone number listed on their website is "no longer in service." I found another number for their corporate headquarters. They do no answer and their mailbox is full. I have attempted to reach out on social media. They do not answer there, either. I have found dozens of other customers who cannot reach this company.

    I purchased a coat from Mia Melon about 5-6 weeks ago. Received order confirmation and was immediately charged for the item, and then never received any shipping confirmation nor the item. I followed up 12+ times via email, text, online help chat and absolutely zero response from the company.

    I placed an order on 10/6/22 for two jackets and as of today (11/2/22) I still have not received my order or any shipping notices that it is even on its way. I attempted to reach out to them by chat, email, text and social media going back over 1 week now with no responses.

    BEWARE: THIS COMPANY IS EITHER ***** ** GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. OR BOTH. This company has strung me along for over 6+ months telling me that they were going to send a jacket that I paid $199.00 for. After the item never showed up >>> They texted and emailed me back telling me the item was "back-ordered' or 'delayed due to 'covid' shipping issues'. It was during the pandemic, so I patiently waited. Do NOT WAIT to request a refund or file a dispute if your order does not show up. They made excuses for weeks until my credit card company no longer would allow me to file a dispute for a refund. (which is around three months.) After this, all communication stopped. The phone number now does not work, the emails are never returned. My text are left unanswered. Essentially they stole the money, I never received my product, they do not respond to my requests for a refund. Their website and advertising is still going... I still get emails for "deals'. They are collecting money, never sending products to their customers, and they strung me along until I could no longer dispute this with my credit card. The basically stole my money.

    I ordered two jackets on July 10th for $260.00. After two weeks I checked in about the order/shipping status. No answer until I got an email asking to confirm that I have revived my order. I had not. Many emails, ********* messages later asking for a shipping tracking number with no response, here I am. No jackets and no refund and not one single response from customer service.

    I placed an order on July 7, 2022 and have yet to receive any indication of shipping. I tried reaching out to the business through multiple channels including phone, chat, email, and text. I got automatic responses and no indication on when my order might arrive. I subsequently asked how I could go about a refund since my order was time-sensitive. I received no communication. I will now be requesting my credit card company to retract payment. I'm disappointed because I have enjoyed the product I purchased from their company at a local retailer.
