    I placed and order with Mia Melon on 1/20/2023. Weeks have gone by and they have not shipped my order. I have emailed their customer service email 4 times with no response. I have called the number they list on their website multiple times and no one ever answers. The business is unresponsive, they have not shipped my order, but they have taken my money for the order. I would like a full refund or to have the product shipped to me within the week.

    I ordered a jacket from this company and it took them months to ship it. When I told them to cancel the order due to travel, the sent it anyway. It took me weeks to get them to send me a return authorization and I sent my return following their many instructions at my own cost. I have proof they received my return on January 7th and have not sent a refund. They don't answer emails or calls. They've blocked me on social media as I was trying to reach them that way. Awful company who stole $180 from me. They've taken hours of my time just to try to get a refund for something I tried to cancel since it took them so long to ship.

    I backed their Kickstarter campaign and have not received anything from them as of yet. I and many others have received nothing, and any attempts at contacting the business have gone unanswered.

    On Nov. 15th 2022, I placed an order (order #*****) with Mia Melon for a size 2X, Black, ****** ****** Fleece Lined Women's Rain Coat. The website said to "Hurry" and order, there was only 1 left in stock. Under shipping policies, at the time it said I should receive my order withing 2-5 business days. Finally, after no update on my order for 2 weeks, I texted Mia Melon (their website says to text them at number (************ for the fastest response/service). I texted them 3 times on Nov. 29th, 2 weeks after my initial order placement, then texted again on Dec. 4th and 6th, and STILL have never received a response via text. I also emailed Mia Melon on Nov. 26th, and got no response. I did finally receive an automated email message on Nov. 29th, saying the "vessel for this back order" had just arrived and my item would ship shortly. No where on the website did it say the item I ordered was actually on back order, and nobody reached out to me during those first 2 weeks to inform me of such. An actual human then finally responded to me on Dec. 4th, and told me the item I had ordered had been "short shipped" by the factory, a.k.a they didn't have the item I ordered in stock or available, though the website sure said it was available when I placed my order, and instead offered me a choice between 4 other colors. I declined, and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. I have now asked for a refund MULTIPLE times through text, email, social media, to NO AVAIL. The last message I received from Mia Melon was on Dec 7th, again offering me a different color, and completely ignoring my refund request. To this day, no item has been delivered, and no refund processed or even refund request even acknowledged. For all of my contact attempts over the past 5 weeks, I got 2 whole responses from an actual person. HORRIBLE customer service, and I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

    I still have not received 5 coats I ordered in January 2022!! I’ve contacted them many ways, many times. I was nice and thought, maybe they don’t have the coats or the money, and I don’t want them to go bankrupt because the coats are actually nice. So I ordered 4 more coats in November, and asked them to just refund that order, send the 4 coats, and I’d forget about the 5 coats. I had an issue with them in 2020 as well but they resolved it and I had their text number so I thought I could trust them. Well, now they owe me NINE coats, or over $2,000. I’m filing a lawsuit if I don’t hear back by Monday. Reading this page, it looks like we could do a class action!

    I supported Mia Melon *********** project for their new range of coats and jackets which was funded on 26 April 2021. They promise to send the pledge and the estimated delivery is on September 2021. They took CA$239 and never deliver anything. The last update they had was on 13 March 2022 by Tanya ********************* claiming we will receive **** tracking number shortly. This *********** account has created 6 successful *********** projects previously, but this is the 7th one and now they ignore us.

    The coats and jackets on the *********** project are now available to sell on their website, so it is impossible to say they still have manufacturing issues due to Covid. **************************************************************

    I am seeking either the coat I have paid for or a full refund including the postage.

    I placed an order with the company on October 15, 2022. Order #16030 I never received my order, so after I received an email from them on October 29 asking for me to confirm if I had received my order yet. I replied to that email that I had not but didn't receive a reply. I emailed them on Nov 2, Nov 7 and Nov 22, all attempting to contact them about not receiving my order. I also attempted to call their customer service number 3 times, and texted their customer service twice. I have not heard back from them on any of the contact methods I have tried. I went onto their social media pages and saw other posts of customers having no response from the company on customer service issues. I did post a comment on their page hoping to hear from them that way but there was no response again. I would either like the item I ordered or to be refunded the $151.20 I spent.

    I purchased a jacket from Mia Melon online for $179.00 on Nov 8, 2022, ***** ****** *****. I received the jacket but it was too small. Their website says if you want to do an exchange or return, email [email protected] or text them at 604-788-0987. I did both. In fact I emailed them two different times, first on Nov 18th asking to do an exchange for a larger size but never heard back. So I emailed again on Nov 21st and still have not heard back. I tried calling the phone number they provide on their website for refunds and returns but no one answers; it just hangs up. I texted the number they provide on their website on Nov 26th but received no response from that either. I tried calling them again today three times during their posted business hours but there is no one picking up the phone and no way to leave a message. It's just an automated message saying "no one is available to take your call" and then it hangs up. ** ***** **** ******** ** ******** ** * ****. There is literally no customer service. The phone number, text number, and email they provide have all proven to be useless. The jacket is useless as it does not fit and I can't wear it. Almost 200 dollars down the drain.

    Last November, I received a $100 gift card from a friend for Mia Melon. I used it to buy a coat online from Mia Melon on 10/30/22 for a total of $179.00. On 11/13/22, I received an email from Mia Melon stating that they were following up on the order. Because I had not received the coat yet, I emailed [email protected] on 11/16/17 but didn't receive a response. I tried calling the number on the website but could never get through to anyone or leave a message. I tried texting a message at the same number but never received a response. It is 11/27/22 and I still haven't received the coat. I did, however, request from my credit card company for the $79 charged to be reinstated and my credit card company granted that request.

    I'd ask that the $100 gift certificate that my friend purchased be refunded to her.

    I received an item as a gift (Order #***** - size Medium ****** ****** ****** ***** Women's Rain Coat in **** ****). I reached out to the company via email (10/31, 11/3, 11/14), text (11/4, 11/7), and their ********* account (11/11) requesting an exchange in size. They have been completely unresponsive. At this point, I'd like to return the coat for a full refund to the original purchaser, my mother, ******** ********** ************************
