      I placed an order on their website on December 9, 2023 and they charged my card December 11, 2023. I have attempted contacting the company via telephone, email and ********* all to no avail. They do not answer their phones, emails or social media messages. It has been a month, I still have not received the order or a refund. I have submitted a chargeback/dispute request with my credit card company, that says it may take up to 30 days to investigate and resolve. I would like my money back!

      I ordered meat processing equipment on November 30 2023. I realized right away that I ordered the wrong grinder. I then emailed asking for my order to be adjusted before being shipped out. No answer. I then emailed again no answer. I emailed a total of 3 times before hearing from Jackie, she apologized and I said know worries! A few days later I emailed to follow up with her on the adjustment of my order. No answer. I was charged for this product and I am paying interest on this product. I have since the emailed 3 more times asking for the order to be cancelled due to ****** customer service and no email regarding shipping date. I have never been ******* in my life I am so careful with where I order from, I can’t believe this has happened to me. This is the most awful company in Canada! BC for that matter. They should be embarrassed. Tomorrow January 9 I will be ***** **** ** *** **** *** * ** ****** **** *** *** ** ***** **** *** **** in Kelowna where this company is located. I will not back down until my money has been refunded.

      This customer was refunded in full for her orders.  We had a delay in our restocking shipment which we communicated to this customer, and she made this complaint in spite of the fact that she has been fully refunded.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      On another note, this  complaint was opened before I heard from the company and before I was refunded! 
      The company should check their date and time stamps before replying the way they did. 
      In spite - give me a break. I dont have time to make a complaint after the fact. 
      I was refunded on Friday the 12th. I sent numerous emails & commented on their ********* page before they responded and refunded me my money. 
      They emailed me back on January 9th. This complaint was opened on January 8th. I emailed them 2, 8, 9, 6 of January and once on their ** page not sure the date. Plus I emailed them in December about adjusting my order before I decided to cancel. Emailed them 3 times regarding that! 
      I only opened this dispute when I started reading all the negative reviews on BBB and realized **** I might not get my money back nor receive my product.

      On November 23, 2023 I placed an order for two fermentation crock kits one 15 L and the other 4L. I also ordered a stomper as well. The order confirmation email statedDue to unprecedented order volumes - please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. For some specific items with longer delays - please note the processing times as indicated on individual product pages. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your item has been shipped. Please note that all food sales are final with no refunds. I have not as of yet received a shipment email. I have attempted to call them but there is a voicemail stating they are short staffed and only taking email communication. On December 12, 2023 I sent an email asking when my item would be shipped. I received an automatic reply stating that they would return my email questions in three to five days. I didn't hear from them at all. On January 3, 2024 I sent another email asking about my items or for a refund. I received another automatic reply message stating they will return my email questions in 3-5 days. I have not received any response from the company. I was expecting the items for Christmas and now I am unsure if I will get them at all. I am also wondering if this ******* ** * ****. They seem to sell alot of nice camping and survival equipment but their lack of response is making me nervous. I would like to receive my items ordered. If not possible a refund is needed to purchase the same items from another company.

      I placed a $900 order in october 2023 and still have not recieved.Have contacted twice only to be given lies that order is wait g on stock.I am demanding a full refund and that this company be **** ***** ** ** ********** *** **** **** ** ** *******

      I ordered a product on Dec 13, 2023, over the last few weeks I have tried to contact via phone and email and absolutely no response but a pretyped message saying they were short staffed and they are not taking calls anymore and would reply within 3 business days. It is now Jan5 and no communication. Either I get my order soon or I do chargeback at the bank. I am not dealing with this type of company anymore.

      Hi, I placed an order online with Good2GoCo and received a confirmation email at 5:55 am (EST) on Dec 18, 2023. On December 22, I sent an email to ****************** asking about the status of my order and received an automated reply which included "we are currently handling all customer inquiries and questions via email and have temporarily put phone calls on hold". On Dec 29, I sent another email to ****************** inquiring about the status of my order and asked that it be cancelled and a refund issued, I never did receive a response. On Jan 2, 2024 I sent a third email to ****************** asking them to cancel by order and refund my credit card, I did not get a response. Also on Jan 2 at 2:33 PM (EST) I called the number on the website, there was no option to leave a message. I then messaged this company on ******** and received an automated reply to send an email to ****************** as it is monitored daily, I received no other replies. This morning (Jan 5) I called Good2GoCo prior to opening hours (09:24 AM EST) and was able to leave a message with my Order number stating that I wanted it cancelled and a refund to my credit card. I also stated that I was initiating a complaint to the BBB and left my phone number if they wished to contact me, I received no response.

      Purchased tent and 2 duffle bags in October.Delivery was to be mid November , automated emails repeatedly indicate delays and no way to communicate with company.       Ordered product from good2goco in ******* 10/25/23. Checked into where order was a few weeks later and got a response that they would be in touch via phone or email. Inquired with a few emails with no response. They continue to send out emails to order more product though.

      I purchased a cider press on Nov 22,23 for a total of $542. Order number ******. The website appears legitimate, a Canadian company. My credit card was charged. I have called several times with no ability to speak to customer service. I emailed Dec 7, Dec 14, Dec 29th with no response. I would like to cancel my order and be refunded.
