      I have placed 2 orders with this company in the last 2 months, one on nov 25, 2023 for 129.83 and another on jan 12, 3024 for 72.13. Neither order has been filled and i have sent 3 emails without getting any responses. The phone number they have just states they are busy and to email them. I, as well as friends of mine, have purchased from them before. can you help?

      I submitted an order with this company on Nov 12, 2023. At the time of ordering online, the product was listed as available and no indication was made about having to back order. I contacted this company on Dec 4th 2023 requesting an update for the shipping delay. I was advised a notification had been sent on Nov 20th regarding the delay which was not received. I was notified they were awaiting a shipment and it would be shipped on Dec 11th. This order was not shipped as advised.On December 18th I requested a full refund as my order was never processed or shipped. On December 18th I was advised by ****** that the refund request would be initiated that day. It was never sent. I contacted this company by phone and was lied to and advised the refund had been processed and it would take several days until I received it. I contacted my financial institution approximately 10 days later and no refund was ever issued by this company. Now Jan 18th, ********************************************** subsequent contact from this company. They have stolen my money and lied about refunding me. I noticed other complaints filed against this company indicated a pattern of this type of issue.

      I ordered and fully paid for a freeze dryer that the company website states is in stock and ships in 4-6 weeks. It is now 7 weeks since ordering and fully paying for the product. I have attempted to reach out by phone, email, and social media and the company refuses to respond in any way. This company took $5,000 upon ordering and refuses to communicate on the status of my order.

      I ordered a chicken scalder from goodtogoco on June 24/23. I was charged the same day on my credit card. September 15/23, Jacque emailed to say the item was on back order and was expected in early November. November 13 I replied to this email and received no response. December 1, I again replied to the same email. No response. December 13, I phoned the business and got the answering machine which said they were too busy to respond by phone and to email instead. I emailed [email protected] again inquiring about the whereabouts of the scalder and received a generic reply. I emailed the same address again on January 10 requesting a refund. I received the same generic reply.

      Transaction date November3rd 2023.I bought a ******* ***** Freeze Dryer for 4,249.99.Order # ******.Still have not got it .I keep getting the same email that someone will contact you in three days and it never happens.I have at least six email that look identical each time .Unable to get ahold of anyone.At this point I want my money back .It was a christmas gift.The email is ************** ***** *****************run by Martin the CEO and Jacquie *******. Please help me right this wrong its not fare.

      I placed an order in December 2023. As of January 16th, 2024 I still cannot get a hold of them and have not received an estimated arrival date for my product that was to be shipped within a couple of days. They don't respond to emails and do not pick up the telephone. I did not place an order to wait months for my order and if that were the case it should have been advertised as such. I would like a refund or my product.

      Good2goco *************************************** number on line for contact ************** Good2GoCo Customer Support <*********************************************************>I ordered a ******* ***** freeze dryer from good2goco on sept 22/2023 and the charge on my **** went through the next day. I was told that the delivery would be mid november, 19th of october via email. On the 17th of november i received an email that stated that shipping would be delayed and because of my patience I was offered a $200 gift card. Dec 7, a new date of Jan8th ****. I have tried via email, their on line phone number as well as the web site contact email. I realize I should have reacted on this sooner, ************* ** *** * ***** ** *** ****** ** **** ** ******* ****** ************* We were distracted, for lack of a better word, and now trying to get answers and resolution to this issue.

      On Dec 29th,2023 I placed an order (#******) for a *** meat grinder to the amount of $638.39.I've made several attempts to get any sort of shipping information, confirmation etc and have had zero response since ordering this product. They're phone mailbox is full and emails are not responding.They processed my money immediately and have left me with zero updates.I'm unsure how to move forward and am seeking a refund.

      I placed an order with Good2Go on Aug 5th 2023 for a set of solar string lights, a camping kettle and some camping pots. To be honest I only really needed the lights, but ordered a few extra things to qualify for free shipping. Its now January ****, I have no items and Good2Go are not responding to my emails. Ive tried to contact Good2Go numerous times via email and phone. In one of my emails (end of September), I asked Good2Go if they were in fact a real company? Because if not, I wanted to go ahead and initiate the refund process with my credit and company. Good2Go called me and offered me alternative products, not in any way similar to the ones I had originally ordered. I declined. They let me know that one of the items was on back order, I opted to wait for the item to come back in stock.I then received an email from Good2Go in October stating they were expecting to get the item back in stock that week, and they would ship everything the following week. I have not yet received anything. I have contacted Good2Go via email many times since October and have never received a response. (phone goes to an answering machine that hangs up on you) After searching Good2Go online, I have been left with the distinct impression I may well never receive the items, or hear from the company again. I just wish someone would either let me know whats going on! Either ship the items as per my order, or refund me. Because currently it all feels like a giant ****.
