I purchased 7 items from the Good2Go online store (they sold outdoor equipment, backpacking food, etc) totaling $166.65 (including taxes) on November 14, 2023. The order was charged to my credit card, but never fulfilled. When I requested an update on the status of my order (November 21, 2023), the representative ******* indicated that their order of one of the items was delayed and when it arrived, they would ship the order. Various back and forth emails took place until I received the last email from ******* on Jan 12, indicating that they were still awaiting their re-stocking order and would fulfill my order once it arrived. I followed up again on March 6, 2024 asking about the status of my order and have received no response since then. I have checked their website (**********************************) and it is now defunct or non-existent. It appears that they have closed their business.Initial Complaint

I purchased a jet boil ******* base camp Dec 6 from Good2goco. Cost ******. I never received the item by Christmas. In the new year I emailed the company. No response. In March I asked them to refund the money and that I would reorder it elsewhere. They finally cancelled the order but no refund came. They have quit answering my emails and do not take phone calls. In May of 2023, I made a payment by e-transfer of nearly $3000. This was to be put towards a Harvest Right freeze dryer. They said I could send money as often as I wanted. I didnt have any extra funds for the summer, and early winter I started seeing posts online about the company not sending out orders, cancelling orders, etc. I attempted to reach out, and have not heard back. *** tried multiple avenues to get my money back and thinking Ill need to go to small claims next.Initial Complaint

In August 2023, we ordered two large Harvest Right freeze dryers from Good2GoCo. Prior to purchase, I exchanged emails with the company and received a quick response, often within the same day. We were invoiced immediately and payment was processed in early September. Expecting a 6 - 8 week delivery time, I reached out on November 6 as we had not received the freeze dryers. I received a response on November 17, explaining that they were waiting for delivery to their warehouse, which was expected in December. Due to the delay, we were promised a $200 gift card to Good2GoCo for use on any products on the website. We exchanged emails again that day with Good2GoCo committing to providing notification when they were shipping from their warehouse.On December 7, we received an update from Good2GoCo, with a new shipment date of January 8. This was the last we have heard from Good2GoCo. I followed up on January 30, March 12 (requesting refund), March 20 (requesting refund), April 12 (requesting refund), and May 21 (noting intent to report to BBB).Initial Complaint

My order was made with this company just under 1 year ago. They have sent 2/4 items (about 3 months after order) but I remain at a loss off 250$ worth of product. They have made zero effort in replying to emails and dont provide any customer service.Initial Complaint

I ordered some garden/hiking pruners online on Dec 14, 2024 for a total sale of $118. As of May 14, 2024, I have not received them, nor my money back. In January I requested a follow-up, to which they replied with a lengthy, sorry, were busy type of thing. In March, I requested a full refund. There has been no reply. I tried calling the phone number, but its out of service, and there is no address listed on their site or emails. I want my money back and these folks to be listed as scammers!Initial Complaint

Purchased a pelican cooler from this business last July 2023. Still have not received a refund nor the cooler, unable to get through to this company. They kept changing the shopping date due to product delay. Stop hearing from them altogether in December 2023. Have dent numerous emails and have heard nothing back from them at all. Now that Ive read more reviews, I realize that this is how they treat their customer. This company should not be in business at all. They have a license to steal.Initial Complaint
