I made an order worth $643.81 CAD on Dec 2nd 2023. The order did not arrive. Tracking feature in the email did not work.I followed up on 17th Dec. they replied same day with a generic auto reply saying they are handling all inquiries by email with no phone option. And they would get back to inquiries in 3 business days. No mention of my order.The order did not arrive.I emailed again on: Jan 9th, April 24th, May 1st 2024. I purchased a freeze dryer in the amount of $4,499 in August of 2023. The company originally promised delivery in 4-6 weeks but then every couple of months would email that they were waiting on a new shipment. They stopped communicating with me after December 5th and we have not received our purchased freeze dryer nor a reimbursement of the amount paid.Initial Complaint

Placed an order July 17 2023 for several items to the cost of $940.59. Partial shipment of items was received however, the balance remains outstanding ($416.64 plus $20.83 tax). Company kept moving the shipment date to the right by *********************************************************************** ************ has ceased responding to inquires and now list the majority of items ordered as Sold Out. I've requested a full refund of the outstanding order, so that I might try to order from another provide in time to salvage the ********************************************** 2023 camping season.Initial Complaint

Nov. 16th, 2023 Purchased one Freeze Dryer and supplies totaling $ $4,571.67 A Tracking number was supplied but it never worked I was in contact with them for several months and was promised delivery, they said the Items were back-ordered. They kept in touch with me for over 90 days with empty promises knowing the credit card company would not file a dispute over 90 days.Other family members ordered supplies previously and received their products.I want my money back or the products ordered.The company is ghosting me and not responding at all.Their website is still up and running and taking more orders.Their Physical address is ************************************************************************ - The WebSite states this address is permanently closed.The phone number is no longer working. ************** I am in ******* and I did a search on ****** maps and found a second address ****************************************************I am going for a drive to check out both locationsInitial Complaint

Ordered an ********* Water Filter Replacement on Jan 3, 2024. After a month or so tried to contact Good2GoCo and their phone number just put you on hold and said to email your concern as they didn't have enough staff to answer phone calls in a timely manner. Emailed through their website "contact" section several times. Each time just received an autoresponse saying they would get back to me in the next 2 weeks or so. Waited, then tried again. No response other than auto reponse emails. Apparently no phone number available any more. Strange that their website is still up and my order history is still there (see screenshot). Finally contacted my bank and started a dispute for the charge on my Mastercard. Now I've been without purified water for over 4 months. I could have purchased through another source but wanted to be sure I got my product or money back!Initial Complaint

I placed a $500 order with Good2GoCo on December 5th which was meant to be a Christmas gift. I emailed asking when it was to be shipped one week prior to Christmas and was advised the item was on backorder and they expected to have it by the end of January or the beginning of February. I followed up in February and again in March and received no replies to my emails and no one answers their telephone, nor was I able to leave a message. In my last email to them I advised I would be contacting my credit card company and BBB, still no reply.Initial Complaint

On August 24/2023 I ordered and paid for a chicken scalder and some canning jars from Good2GoCo - Order # ****** for $ ******. I never received it, and my Order History page on their site shows that it was fully paid, but unfulfilled. I left multiple emails and phone calls and didn't get any response explaining why it was never fulfilled. I knew when I ordered the items that that they were out of stock but would have my item ready for me in November 2023. That time came and went with no communication. Now when I try to submit another email, I'm prompted with an "I am not a robot" captcha, but it continually responds with "Answer wasn't correct - try again". I have never had a problem with ********, but I tried a good 20 times, with it "incorrect" every time, which suggests there is something wrong, or they just don't want to communicate with anyone. I want to get my money back, but that is unlikely if they refuse to communicate with me. Not sure what the next step is. Thanks.Initial Complaint

On September 21, 2023 I ordered a ******* ***** * Tray Medium Home Freeze Dryer from Good2GoCo in the amount of $4,462.49. It was supposed to take between 4-6 weeks to get our freeze dryer. We contacted them October 20 for a tracking number and said that they wont have one until they ship it which they had not yet. We then contacted them again November 17, January 7, February 14 and April 15 and I now get no reply from them. I talked to our bank and they cant get our money back for us since it has been over 120 days.You can call me ************ or my wife, ****, ************.
