      This is a ****. I placed an order for over $500 in October 2023. It is now the end of April 2024 and I still haven't received a single item and they will not respond to emails or answer the phone.

      I made a purchase on their website in November for a Christmas gift. Started receiving emails in early December that the shipment from the manufacturer of the products I ordered was delayed and my order would be slightly late. Shipment was delayed again about a week before Christmas. Until this point, I was able to get responses from the company. By January, I still had not received my order and the company was not responding to my emails. I commented on their latest ********* post explaining my issue and was then contacted by the person running the account. Still hoping that I would receive my order, I requested that they give me a 30% discount to reflect the current sale on their website that I missed out on by purchasing in November. They gave me the 30% back and asked if I wanted a full refund but I said no because I still wanted to get my order. I did however, ask for an update on my order. That was on January 8th and I have not heard back since. I posted another comment on their recent ********* post before realizing that it is the same post I commented on in January and my previous comment has since been deleted, so they are trying to hide their complaints. I wish I had known that others were experiencing the same thing when I was still able to contact them so maybe I couldve received a full refund.

      I purchased an item August 4, 2023 and was promised 2 week delivery. For 5 months the delivery kept being pushed back by two weeks. The only response I get for my inquiries now is that they are busy and will respond to my emails within a week. I am still waiting for some kind of response from emails sent months ago.

      Purchased items I January now 3 months later items still not shipped and no response after 3 emails and no communication by phone. A few years ago I had the same issue however eventually after many months I was able to connect and they refunded my money. Very poor customer service and business practices.

      Placed an order Jan 21, 2024. Said it would be shipped Feb, 2024. Ive emailed multiple times, messaged on ******** and called their support line which ends up saying their lines are busy and hangs up. I have not had any response.

      I made an order on the 9th of January 2024 and I still haven't gotten my order. I wrote them 3 emails, tried to call and have gotten no answer back. The website needs to be taken down. They are stealing everyones money. How is that ok ?

      I placed an order on Oct 29, 2023. It is now March 19th and I have had 0 communication from them. They will not respond to my emails and they do not accept phone calls. Nearly 5 months and not even an update. Do not buy from here

      If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order for a crock as a Christmas present for my daughter in October of 2023. In December I emailed as to the status of the order and received an email from ******** saying she would check on the order and get back to me. She never did. Since then I have emailed 3 more times and only got the automated response back. I have ordered from them previously and every order took anywhere from 4-6 months. Never again.

      The first time I ordered from them they lost the order and after many unsuccessful attempts to contact them I finally managed and eventually received my goods. The second time I made an order was four months ago and I still don't have it. Their telephone is an automated message that directs you to the customer service email which they do not reply to. I have never had such a bad service experience.

      This company has many BBB reports filed against it. I have been waiting for my order for almost 3 months now. Instead of listing the product as out of stock, they just show it as available, take your money and then go silent for months. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. Will never order from them again.
