      Ordered just over 600 worth of emergency food on Nov 10, 2023. Still not shipped to me even though their website has always shown the items as in stock. It's now Mar 9, 2024. 4 months have passed and no response from them.

      I ordered a fermentation crock on Dec 16. It was never received. I tried calling and the voice message said they were not accepting calls. I sent several emails and had no response until February 27, when I received an email stating "your order had been canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded". I am still waiting on a refund and it is now March 8.

      Not trustworthy. It's been 5 months and they don't reply to emails or phone calls. I have yet to receive my order.

      Ordered a freeze dryer in Sept 2023 just under 6000.00 purchase with accessories. After months of excuses and absolutely no customer support I contacted my credit card company to obtain a refund. Totally ********** company that should be ********** ******** I received my refund in February 2024. Good2goco andcthe "ceo's" are ********* ********** ********* ***** ****** **** ********* I was fortunate because I paid with a credit card that pursued ********** charges. * **** **** ** ******* ***** ***** ********* *** *** **** * ********* ************ *********** **** **** *** ** ******* ***** ******* ** ******* This is ********** business practices yet under the pretense that they are a ********* family run business. Martin on a disposable phone explained that they were victims of their own success. That they were simply understaffed the reason that a customer can not contact anyone in sales or customer service. At best you receive generic emails from Jacquie where you are requested to wait up to 7 days for a reply. You then receive another email with a ***** excuse for the delay in delivery of your paid for product. This company should be investigated *******. It's disgusting that they are still able to conduct any sort of business in this country. So many ******* ** ***** ********* *** ************ behavior.

      Ordered ********* emergency food, confirmed my order in a email and told me to download the shop app to track the order. Order sat unfulfilled for 7 days before I emailed to ask about the order, recieved only an auto reply saying they are short staffed and busy so they only taking emails and not answering phones. Emailed a month later requesting a refund, same auto response. I have initiated a chargeback on my credit card, if that fails I will take this to small claims court, and consider filing a ****** with **** for *****. This is a **** business, do not order from this guy.

      Placed order December 17 for Freeze Dryer (over $5000). This came off credit card immediately. I have not received any response to email. Phone goes to voice mail - no person to talk to. In progress of reporting this to credit card company after waiting 7+ days and not received any response.

      Zero Rating - I've only received confirmation of my order and they charged my cc immediately. However I have not had a response to my emails or request for cancelation & refund. Ordered Jan 3 - still have had not had a response and its Feb 12. Very disappointed and going to report this a ********** purchase with my credit card company so they can investigate this further.

      ******************** rating!!We ordered water filters directly from Good to ***** about 4 months ago and they do not answer their phone or reply to emails. We have not received the water filters valued at about $80. We ordered the same water filters through Amazon and got them immediately. I just sent another email to see where the filters are and do not expect a reply.
