I had the pleasure of working with Coast Energy for the second time, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. The team was super professional and friendly, making the whole experience positive. The employee not only provided an accurate quote but also shared valuable information about various government programs right from the start.

We have just had our one-year anniversary with our heat pump and our first maintenance visit from Coastal Energy. It has been a great investment, and we can't say enough about the professionalism and support we have had over the year.
From the initial quote, the install, and our first maintenance visit the staff have provided excellent information, support, and efficient professional service.

We had a Fujitsu heat pump installed from Coastal Energy. Had great service from all the staff we were in contact with, even had the owner call to see if all went well and that we were happy with how the install went. Very impressed and would recommend Coastal Energy Ltd.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Coastal Energy Ltd provided us with all the information we asked for, about the product, the installation and follow-up service on more than one occasion. We were treated respectfully from the moment the sales consultant walked in the door to the final clean-up and explanation of the thermometer workings. And that also goes for the front office staff. I have always had great service from Coastal Energy Ltd. and would highly recommend them.
I was super pleased with Scott who completed our recent furnace service, as he was exactly on time, very personable, professional, tidy and efficient.
I can honestly say that I am very happy with all of their staff, their approach to efficiency, professionalism and customer care.
