We called Coastal Energy for a quote along with other HVAC companies. Coastal is the only one that stood out due to Angelo's knowledge and honesty in answering our questions. I did ALOT of gas furnace research on my own and Angelo pretty much confirmed for me that I was making the proper decisions for our heating choices. I was so impressed with his advice and transparency that we decided to go with Coastal Energy. Our installation date is Halloween so I will update this review then.
*UPDATE*
The team showed up on time on the day of installation. I am very pleased with the furnace installation and the professionalism the Coastal team displayed throughout. They worked non stop till the job was done. They installed my Ecobee thermostat as well and helped me get it up and running. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Their installation of our heat pump was seamless and professional. All the employees we dealt with were very respectful, tidy and seemed to enjoy their work. A true pleasure to have in our home. Right from the start with Angelo's visit I was convinced that what he recommended was what we needed. We also appreciated Chris and Cameron they are friendly and knowledgeable workers, they started on time and cleaned up after. Superb service on our new installation of gas furnace and air conditioner. The installers, Jake and Ryan were very friendly and so was the sub-contracted electrician ******* ********** ****** ******* The overseer of the job was very informative in doing the initial cost estimate. They also did a great job on the clean-up afterwards. We are very happy with our new installation and would highly recommend Coastal Energy Ltd. to anyone who is looking for a new or replacement heating installation.Coastal Energy Ltd.
