Service person was knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. Removed his shoes without being asked, took time to help me understand how to set the furnace program and change the air flow levers on my heat pump, etc.

I've been extremely pleased and satisfied with my Heat Pump since day one. The service and care for the unit is important to me and Coastal Energy hit all the marks from day one with the installation, and subsequent service. Their information and tips for saving more energy when using the unit is invaluable and I am tickled pink that I went with Coastal. thank you guys for being so pleasant and informative. Hooray, I'm saving money and helping the environment by going green! One more thing, the unit is QUIET, so important to me and my neighbours!Coastal Energy Ltd.

The very best team we have ever had in our house to do work of any kind. They were fast and efficient and very respectful. They installed quality equipment and explained the operation to us. They kept a tidy workspace and made sure everything was back in place after the heat pump was installed. We would not hesitate to recommend Coastal Energy to anyone.Coastal Energy Ltd.

They sent a very qualified service person who knew exactly what to do. Showed up right on time and did a great job servicing our heat pump that they installed 4 years ago. Best decision we made as the yearly maintenance has been great since. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting worry-free work.Coastal Energy Ltd.

Sometimes it is difficult to get tradespeople to come to Gabriola; they don’t show up or the price gouging is severe for crossing that body of water. We have been very pleased with the communication and service from Coastal Energy, coming when expected and professional in all aspects. Very easy to deal with, from scheduling to billing.

Coastal Energy Ltd. provides excellent installation of heat pumps and provides maintenance on a yearly basis with the opportunity to purchase a three-year maintenance package. The technicians who do the installation and maintenance are friendly, efficient and take good care to respect the house as they move in and out, removing their shoes. The office provides timely information as requested.
I live on Gabriola, so having a company that comes annually is perfect.
It is also impressive that Coastal Energy will come and repair the heat pump at my elderly neighbor's home who had his heat pump installed incorrectly by another company. Thank you to all at Coastal Energy.Coastal Energy Ltd.
