    I ordered *** * *** delete November the 29th 2022 and still have not received it got confirmation after payment I have continued to call and leave voicemails and email with no Avail I've seen lots of complaints with people that are having the same issue I would like to know what's going on with my order

    On Feb 8, 2023 I placed an order on their website. The next day I had a voicemail saying the parts were out of stock and would be in the following Monday and they’d get me a tracking number a few days after that. When I hadn’t heard anything, I continued to call and leave voicemails. Nobody ever picks up the phone and they do not respond to emails sent regarding my order. I’ve left numerous messages with their “customer support”. I web searched ‘DPF Tunes Scam’ and low and behold the BBB pops up with a long line of the same complaint. **** ********

    Placed an order online for parts. Payment was processed on their end but no parts have shipped or been received. No response to phone calls, messages left in voicemail, or emails sent.

    So I ordered parts on or around June 24, 2022, order# ****. The exaust pipe I ordered ended up being on back order and was told it would be shipping in 3-4 weeks. That time goes by and I sent another email asking about the order. This time I was told it would be shipping within 14 days. After this, I still have not recieved the order, I have been charged for this order and now the company will not respond to emails or phone calls.

    On Jan.7,2023 I purchased an order for $1300 from this company. They said the items would be ship and be received within 10 business days so after that passed I started asking for updates by email. With nothing more than automated emails in return I started calling and sending emails for weeks asking for a refund with no success. It is now feb.7 and I have no hope to receive my merchandise. Do not order from this business, its almost as if theyve dissolved the company but are still taking peoples money.

    I ordered a tuner for an off road farm pickup on 12/22/22. They immediately billed my card for $800.09. I received a conformation email and order number.After not getting a shipping confirmation I emailed the ******************************** email on 1/6/22 for a status update only to get a generic email reply. Stating most orders are shipped in 7 to 10 days. Did not recieve a reply so i emailed the *********************************** for a status update on the order.. again recieved the same generic reply email In return. I have called the number provided two to four time a day to try to contact them every time i call i get the same all of our operators are busy message. It is now 2/3/22 i have emailed them again asking for an order cancelation and full refund I recieved yet another automated generic email. Still have no recieved a reply from anyone. Would like to find a way to resolve this either recieve a refund or goods that were sold.

    Order a tunerand never received it, tried emailing them on the matter. Only got automated responses back, also tried calling the number provided and didn't get an answer. I left messages and no response. I have already been charged for my purchase, I am just trying to get what I paid for or my money back.

    Ordered product Aug 2022 Diesel *********** tunner Credit card charged August 25,2022 Aug 30th inquired as to shipping date, back ordered causing delays. Sept 13th inquiry as to shipping date. Again saying a week, so Sept 19th to 23rd? Sept 14th continued delay. Oct 6th 2023 I requested ship date or cancel order Oct 12th again requested cancel my order and credit my card and filed a dispute with my credit card company. No response or action. Oct 24th 2022 I received notice item out for delivery. I had ordered elsewhere and had no need of their product. Oct 25th I requested a return authorization and shipping label. Received that information and that week I shipped the product back per instructions using *** Label. Have requested refund and mo response beyond canned emails. Total cost was 888.99 U S Dollars Order #8542. Emails available if needed. Please request if required. Thank you
