I placed an order to the tune of $3,911.38 on 6/2/2022 for auto parts. The merchant only sent two of the ten items (value being less than $1,000) and has stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Since these are kits - the items that were sent are unusable without the rest of the kit. I ultimately had to purchase entire kits from a different vendor.Initial Complaint

Ordered a full delete kit on May 29th, 2022 (3 items). 1 item came in within a week with no issues and was perfect. However, the remaining 2 items were not shipping out within the allotted time. I reached out via email to get an update at which point I was told that the ordered items were on a delay. I was on a time crunch for parts so I asked to cancel those remaining items and for a refund. They responded saying they would cancel and refund within 1-3 business days. After many emails from my end and many phone calls I still have not received any cancel status or refund and it is now Aug 17, 2022.Business Response

Purchased both a tuner and a exhaust delete pipe to remove emissions from one of my diesel trucks. After a couple days of not receiving shipping info I emailed company and received a reply stating that the pipe is on back order and should ship in 2 weeks. I replied back trying to get a refund due to the products not even in stock when the website said they were alavailbe. This is when they failed to respond leading me to take action both with apple to dispute the charge ( being that’s the method of payment I used) and finally sending this to the better business bureau hopefully someone can shut this company down as I am not the first claiming these actionsInitial Complaint

I placed an order on July 20, 2022 in the amount of $546.59. Once the order was placed it stated we would receive an email when order was ready. As of today, August 10, 2022. There is still no shipping information. I have reached out several times via email with no response, as well as by phone with no answer or no returned calls.Business Response

I purchased a ** scanner from the company they have not sent shipping information or any updated of when they will sent the product. I have sent emails and even called the company to find out they have not responded to any forms of communication at all.Business Response

My order (Order #****) was placed on April 18,2022. As of 6/21/22 the DPF/CAT delete pipe was still unavailable for them to ship so I requested a refund. I ordered the exact same part from another seller and it shipped out the same day. As of today 7/31/2022, I still have not received my refund or a receipt showing my refund was processed although I have sent multiple emails and have an email from one of their representatives on Sunday, 7/17/2022 stating that the refund would be processed on Tuesday or Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous to wait 3 months on a $1700 order and still can’t even get the refund on a part they cannot provide and yet they continue to run “special sales” on that exact part. Help me get my money back and I will NEVER order anything from this company again.Business Response

On 5/29/22 I placed an order for 4 total items. By 6/20/22 two of the 4 items arrived. The other two items never showed nor shipped. On 6/23/22 I requested cancelled order and refund on the remaining two items. From 6/23/22 - 7-28/22 I have received no refund just apologies and emails saying they will take care of it yet nothing is being done. The email on 6/23 states the order has been cancelled. Ordered product from DFP Tunes on July 4, 2022 for a total of $1,183. Items were listed as in stock. I contacted company to see if they had an idea when items would ship, was told they had not recieved items yet but would be within 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks since email response and still no items shipped. The company is now ignoring my emails asking for update and if items were on backorder.
