I ordered a product and paid in full on September 3, 2022. Products were supposed to arrive within 15 days after ordering. Products never arrived. Company will not return phone calls or emails. I have tried well over 100 times the past 3 months with no response. I emailed demanding a refund with no response. The recieved $1418.95 usd from me. I requested a refund several times and the website says it takes 8 to 10 days to process. It has been over 30 days since I requested it. The only response I received, besides an auto response saying they would contact me in 48 hours, was September 29 saying they would be sending part of the order in a week from that date. I purchased some items from DPF Tunes in August of this year (2022). As of the filing this complaint on December 9, 2022 I have not received my item. I have sent over 20 emails about my item to which they respond that they fulfilled my order. I did order a tuner that I received from them but I ordered pipes from them a week or so later. They sent me an invoice number which they now claim as a bad invoice number. I sent them multiple copies of the invoice and they have refused to respond after receiving copies of my charges and invoice. Place my order on october 14th 2022 in the amount of $1256.99, recieved a email from josh c on october 25th stating some parts werent available but where expected to arrive within 2 weeks and everything would ship out. My husband and I ordered a product on DPFTunes.com website on September 26th 2022 for the amount of $293.44. When the item was ordered, it did not say out of stock or limited stock. But as soon as it was ordered, the website said “Out of Stock on Back Order for 30 business days.” We have not received the product, an order number, or confirmation email that the product was even ordered. So we have waited, emailed, and called multiple times with no response. We are completely unable to get ahold of anyone or get anyone to answer the phone. We spent our hard earned money and just either want the product or a refund. I placed an order on August 1, 2022. Order number **** in the amount of $1398.42. On August 8, 2022 one item was delivered. The cost of that item was $200.00. On August 22, I asked when the rest of my order would ship and was told that it was delayed and would ship in the next 10 business days. On September 12, I repeated the question of when it would ship and stated that if not in the next couple of days please cancel the remainder of the order and issue a refund for the canceled parts. On September 19, I was asked to please confirm that I needed this order canceled, to which I did. They apologized and said that the order would be canceled and refund issued which could take up to 10 days. That was on September 22. I have sent several emails and made multiple phone calls since to which I have not received a response or been able to get a hold of anyone. All I would like is my money returned for the products that were not received in the total of $1198.00
