    I order a Dpf part, ***** day back ordered. Auto-reply, same text nonsense. Really sad to see a company operating like this one.Get out of business, you obviously dont know how to operate, zero customer service and POOR communication.

    Total scam order and paid on Feb 04 total ****. Never received order or shipping info will not answer the phone calls or call you back and email response is autogenerated. Read the reviews and realize I just got scammed. Now the website says be back soon. Total scam company. No way to talk to a human because they take your money then avoid you. Do not order from them.

    I should of read the reviews before I ordered. Its been 2 weeks since I ordered an exhaust and have heard nothing from them. They sure did take my money in a hurry though. I have tried emailing and calling with voicemails left and have not heard from anyone. I guess this company is a scam and now I have to file a dispute through my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

On the Way Arrived at Facility Delta, BC, Canada I ordered my part June 2022, Never received it until October.... Sent wrong part, replied the manufacturer updated and would refund my money... It is now 2023 and no response, they now have my part and my money!!     Placed my order on oct 14th 2022.. its now dec 9th 2022 and i have yet to recieve any emails or tracking from this horrible buisness. I did recieve a email from josh c on oct 25th stating some parts werent in stock but should arrive within 2 weeks and then everything would ship out... Now im out 1200 buck because people want to be ****** and **** ******* *****..

    do not order from these people! read the reviews below - I had the same experience. Ordered in September, got a couple of "thanks for your order we are backlogged", never answered their phone and quit responding. After 4 months I cancelled my order. I use ******** ******* for these types of transactions: opened up a dispute and got my money back same day. These guys are either the most incompetent business on the planet or ********  Based on the consistent reviews below, I think they are *******.

    Placed order on August 18, 2022. It is now December 2, 2022. I have made dozens of inquiries about my order. Josh C would usually reply with a message stating my item was on a backorder or manufacturer issue and would ship out in a weeks time. Now, email response has stopped, out of the last 10 inquiries I've sent, I've received 1 automated reply. This company has basically ****** $1000 from me, my vehicle has been inoperable for months, and nobody in BC will help me in a timely manner. I've exhausted all avenues of reconciliation without getting a lawyer involved and at this point, I just want my money back. This company and its owners should be ashamed of themselves.

    My first purchase went flawlessly. 2nd purchase not so well. Ordered an aftermarket tuner for my truck on Sept 2nd and billed on Sept. 3rd. Item supposedly in stock. Inquiry on Sep 15 and they replied on Sept 16 saying item now out of stock with more due " next week". Next week came and went with no part shipped or information offered. Inquired again on Oct 2nd, with automated reply stating they would reply within 48 Hrs. Never did reply. 11 weeks later, still no product, no replies and they robbed me of almost $900. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    Exact same experience as most others. Ordered 1200 worth of products, 2 months later I still have not received them. They will not answer emails or the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM DPFTUNES!

    This company is HORRIBLE , ******* my father out of close to $900. He ordered a part 6 months ago and have yet to receive it. "Josh" just responds that he will "look into it". We have left voicemails, emails, and now we are getting no response. These people are ********! STAY AWAY!!
