    I ordered an exhaust in July 2022, when we kept getting the run around I asked that the order be canceled and a refund issued, to which they responded saying they would and it would take a few days. That was Sept 22, 2022. Today is October 31, 2022 and after I have contacted this company numerous times for a refund, or why it was taking so long to do the refund, there is no response. They stop all communication via email and they NEVER answer their phone.

    I ordered an exhaust from dpf on August 4th, 2022. The total amount came to $768.44 with a shipping date of a few weeks. after about a month i emailed with response of it to be shipped after 5-7 days. nothing came. Again emailed them and same response, with again nothing. Finally after 3 and a half months i asked to cancel my order to get a refund. I haven’t received anything still. I have tried to call several times and they never answer. I am needing this to put everything together and i am still waiting. I would agree with all the complaints saying to not go through them, they do not answer and take forever if they even do ship what you ordered. I would be happy if i just got the refund back.

    Ordered a part for my vehicle. Part never shipped and got impacted by hurricane Ian so i asked for a refund, which was over $800. They acknowledged everything over email and even said they will send me my money back and that it would take only a few days. It has been WEEKS. The company will not answer any emails or calls about where my money is. All I want is my money back.

    I purchased an exhaust for my truck on June 13th, 2022. On July 4th i asked for an update, which they replied that they would be getting an order in 2 wks and then will sort for shipping. On after 2wks I emailed them on July 20th, 21st, 22nd and the 29th for an update with no response. On August 3rd I emailed them that I wanted a refund. On Augest 5th I finally got a respones stating the shipment is now late and if I want to start the refund process which I said yes. On August 8th they responded that the order had been canceled and the refund process takes a few days they will email me when its complete. On August 30th and 31st I emailed them for update with no response. Almost 2months later today on October 27th I emailed them that im still waiting on my refund. Surprisingly I got a response the same day, which stated * Dear valued customer, (??) Thank you for emailing DPFtunes.com. Your message is important to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. DUE TO A HIGH NUMBER OF EMAILS AND CALLS IT MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO RESPOND TO YOU. YOU ARE IN OUR QUEUE AND EMAILS ARE ANSWERED OLDEST TO NEWEST. We appreciate your patience. Bottem line, This has got to be the worst company Ive ever delt with. DO NOT USE THEM. Theyll **** you out of your hard earned money. 3 months later still wating on refund. For almost 5 months this has been infuriating. These people and company dont care about its customers *** **** **** ***** ** ******* **** ***** ** ***** ******* If you ordered from them kiss your money goodbye. Sorry to be the one to tell you, you just got *******

    I ordered a tuner and never received it. It’s been 5 months and I have emailed and called the business. The last email about getting a refund I never got a response back. The emails before that were saying it’s delayed and they apologize.

    An order was placed for a aftermarket vehicle product and a confirmation or invoice was never sent. Three weeks later I try to inquire about the product with several voice messages and emails with no response. An alternate email was discovered and the inquiry was sent and a Josh C responded to my cancellation request as weeks more went by no response toward the refund of $888.99. I believe this to be a ********** company and should not be allowed to advertise on ****** for products.

    I ordered an exhaust system from DPFtunes.com It took several months to receive the product. I received the wrong product from which I ordered. I contacted Chris C. and he said he would send a return label. I used the return label to ship the product back. Chris also said he would refund the order. It has now been over a month since shipping the product back. I have reached out several times via email and phone. Chris will not respond nor process a refund.

    ORDER NO. **** Was placed a month ago and my ****** card was charged I still have not received my order.. I have called at least 30 times and left a message with no return phone call... I just want my order canceled and a refund.... And there website says the item is in stock....

    I order truck parts from this company and after two months and nothing being shipped and nobody answering their phone calls. I asked for a refund multiple times and it has now been over 6 months and still no parts or refund this company is a ****

    I purchased 2 items from DPF tunes on June 28th with an email saying they were getting my order ready to ship. On July 7th I emailed them for an update on shipment and received a response on July 8th stating I would receive tracking soon. I asked on August 9th to cancel my order with a reply apologizing and said 7-10 days for a refund. I never received a refund and emailed again on August 28th stating I hadn't received a refund yet. They have yet to reply to any more emails nor will they answer any phone calls. I have paid them $1167.65 for total order. The delivered one item on August 19th which cost $224.99. They still owe me $942.66 for the *** *********** **** **** **
