    Orderd a **** *** ****** tuner 06/09/22 from dpftunes.com never received tuner kept being told it was on backorder but that was never mentioned on the website and it was supposed to be shipped within 5 days, waited till 07/07/22 to cancel my order was told I'd have a email in a few days with the confirmation messaged again on the 14th got my last response from company now they are refusing to answer phone calls and not responding to emails and * **** **** **** *** * **** ******* **** ****** ** *** ******. My order total was $896.99

    Placed my order on May 29th for 1357.02$. this order consisted of three separate items, two of which had been shipped after a prolonged wait. the third item was 888.99$ and was advertised to be shipped within two weeks of ordering. on June 16th i contacted the company who said that it would ship within the next 7-10 days. On June 29th there was still no ship date in sight so i asked to cancel my order. they said i should receive my refund in 5-7 days. it is now July 26th and i still have not received my refund. i have made several attempts at calling and emailing them and have not heard back.

    On 7-6-22 i placed an order over the internet for an aftermarket exhaust system and a tuner for a 08 ***** in the amount of $1443.85 which was changed to a credit card and payed. I waited the 2 weeks the company said it could take to be shipped and have tried to call them regarding my order. I have sent emails to them with no response voicemails with no response and have sent email requesting a refund with no reply

    I purchased products from this company on June 8th, 2022 for the sum of $2238.96. Order #**** on June 30th I reached out and asked them for a status update on shipping. They responded and said one of the four items would ship with in the next ten days. I received that one item on July 15TH, 2022. I have reached out and emailed them on July 15th and July 21st to ask for a refund for the remaining items. I also called and they do not have a voice mail set up, so I couldn't leave a message. I would just like a refund for the rest of my order. This is going on almost seven weeks. Very poor communication on their behalf. I have all the emails saved also

    I placed my order on 06/28/2022 It’s been multiple weeks of trying to contact them about my order and not receiving any shipping updates.. at the 3 week I asked for a Refund and haven’t heard anything back from them. My order number is #**** the total cost was $760.50 usd it was an exhaust for a pickup truck

    Customer had reached out to check status of their order 06/30/2022 (order placed on 06/28/2022), sales staff was out of the office due to long weekend. 07/04/2022 we had replied to the customer stating the current shipping times of their order. The following week (07/15/2022), customer had contacted us to tell us cancel the order or they would be filing a complaint. 07/19/2022 customer order was refunded in full.

    Ordered a Tuner from DPF tunes.com on April order ****. On 4/18 wrote to ask about shipping. They responded saying they tried to call which they never did. On 4/26 was told would take 4-6 days and would ship on Monday or Tuesday with note to shipper to expedite at no charge - didn’t. On 5/9 I wrote inquiring and was told by Josh C he would check On 5/10 he responded saying still waiting on arrival from tech expected to ship this week. On 5/26 I emailed - tuners backlogged was response with an apology and that was it On 7/7 I opened a dispute with bank and emailed them to make aware On 7/8 they responded saying apologies tuner is ready and tracking info will be sent. Tracking info has been received and only shows label created not sent.

    Order placed 5/19/2022 for a tuner for a total of $688.99. Their website said I believe 5-15 days for delivery. 5/31/2022 emailed to request status of order, was told it had not shipped nor even been received from the manufacturer. 6/18/2022 emailed to request status of order, was told it would "be going out this week." 6/30/2022 emailed to request cancelation of the order, was told they canceled it and "the refund process takes a few days and then you will get an email when it is complete." 7/11/2022 emailed to ask why I had not received my refund, or even the promised email that my refund was complete. This time, they did not respond. Still no refund issued.

    Customer had reached out to check the status on their order (before the 15 day shipping period). We had let the customer know the current expected delays and had offered to refund their purchase for the wait. They wanted to wait for the items. Unfortunately we had encountered further delays and relayed this information to the customer once we had found out. Customer then asked for a refund. Our main sales representative had been sick and was not in the office for the week. We have since refunded the customer their money (in full) and have let them know our apologies for the prolonged delay.

    Ordered a DPF delete tuner EFI live Autocal Order # **** for 1099.99 on May 9th. The company was advertising programming completion and shipping in 3-5 business days. I have contacted the company several times via email with little to no resolution other than the promise that the item is coming and that they have to wait for the programmers to ship to them before sending the unit out. Their was zero word on any backorder or delays on the website and I’ve reached my patients waiting for them to deliver on their promise.

    We had reached out multiple times in order to let the customer know the delay in wait times. We had offered to ship the customers order to a new address if needed. We offered to cancel the customers order as well. Unfortunately, during these times, lead times are extended, most places are short staffed, and supply is not as rapid as it once was. We are currently reaching out to have this issues resolved with the customer. We are happy to refund the customer his order in full, if that is what is desired.
