    Ordered a 3 piece kit for $1500.00USD on 07/19/2022 which at the time showed to be in stock. After the original payment they then decided to charge me another $40.00USD that I did not approve. I emailed them to ask the nature of a 2nd charge and they never replied. I received 1 of the 3 pieces within 2 weeks of the order. This piece was by far the cheapest of the 3 items. Order#****. After 30 business days I still had not received the other 2 items or any updates. Since then I have sent dozens of emails with no reply’s. I have asked numerous times for a refund since they clearly are not going to send me the remaining items which make up 90% of the cost. They continue to send out ads trying to sell the same items I purchased over 3 months ago. They do not answer their phone. I would advise staying away from this company as I have had to hire a lawyer to try and get my money back. The lack of communication and disregard of paid customers ** * ********.

    Ordered a part, within 24hrs decided the part was not needed. Cancelled the order immediately and received a quick response that a refund process would occur. The payment stayed in pending for several days then went through. Nine days later and my plan is to just report the charge as fraudulent, as it is at this point. Attempted additional communication with the company and nothing…..wished I had read some reviews before ever even considering a purchase. **** **** ** * *****

    I spend over $1,300 at this site, clearly says everything i bought was in stock and shipped within 5 to 10 business days, a month later after trying to reach them they emailed me saying some parts are not on stock , they can only send me the tuner but it will be another 5 to 10 days more, already been 2 months and i haven’t heard anything from them, buyers if u dont want to loose ur hard earned money do not buy from dpf tunes.

    Asked for refund after months of waiting for an order on back order. When purchased, was never told there was a back order. Never received a refund and never received a response after months of asking

    Along with others, I am having an issue receiving a refund of over $1500. I ordered a fuel tank on May 16th, 2022. Two weeks later I sent an email requesting Information on where the tank was, having received no notice one way or the other. The response was "they should be going out this week". A week later I sent another email and got a response of "shipping issues...expected to ship in the next 5-7 days". After the 5-7 days, another email to see if the tank was really shipping. "Item has not arrived...next ten days approximately." Another 14 days goes by and I email requesting to cancel the order and get my refund. Receive email stating order will be cancelled and refund will be provided, may take up to 10 days. That was over a month ago (it's now August 2nd). My latest emails and phone calls have not been responded to. I am waiting to see what happens next. Reading other reviews it seems this may be a costly mistake. Had I paid attention and realized the company was not in the US I probably wouldn't have ordered only because I don't need the headache of dealing with getting bad customer service across the border.

    On August 5, 2022, my credit card account was credited the amount owed me by DPFTunes. However I'm not sure if it came from DPFTunes or because I filed a complaint with the CC company. I received this email from BBB: "Our sincerest apologies that your experience was negative. We are striving to continuously be better. This order has since been resolved. Please do reach out to our support team if we can help rectify this situation further. Thank you!" I am guessing the money was refunded by the business, though I never received a phone call or email from them. While I am obviously glad the money was refunded, even if it was from DPFTunes, I cannot recommend doing business with them. The lack of communication and drawn out process is not worth it.

    Ordered a egr delete kit and gasket was to small and spewed coolant everywhere and tried another gasket that's orig to the oe egr cooler and still spews coolant. Part is trash asked for them to send a new one and no response wasted 266 dollars with them..

    Horrible customer service and ********* business practices. I ordered multiple items for a substantial amount, and received some of them. Weeks later, sitting here wondering where the rest of my items are. Email these guys, am told "we are having trouble getting this item in stock." Why then, is it listed as IN STOCK? It was listed IN STOCK when I purchased, and still says IN STOCK as of the time of this writing.     I also ordered some parts in May I was contacted about the specs on my truck then nothing I’ve emailed with minimal response I ask for a refund 3 weeks ago nothing.
