    On June 16/22,I ordered some merchandise from DPF Tunes totaling $1,137.71 After a week my order had not been shipped, so I started checking into the company a little bit and most of the ****** reviews said to beware. Products were never delivered and refunds were never given. I contacted the company on June 22 /22,asking when I should expect my order. they didn’t respond until second email next day they respond with Apologies and asking for two weeks timeframe. and today date July 6 /22 I still not received anything and the company has stopped responding to the emails.

    on July 6/2022 request through email asking for refund. and received the email from the guy with name (Josh C ) with all his wrote “ Ok this order has been cancelled. The refund process takes a few days and you will get an email when its complete”….. on July7/2022 I received email from DPFtunes.com “ Your order has been canceled Order ##### was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded”. This morning july8/2022 I checked my bank account and there is still no money was refunded back to the bank.

    Tuner was not sent they said they were having trouble getting them now a month and a half later still no refund. Won't answer emails or calls
