      The delivery driver "delivered" my package. Snapped a pic, then stole my package! I haven't been able to get anyone from the company to answer an email. Two other times, they delivered to the wrong address. This company is an absolute nightmare.

      Terrible customer service. Called and voice recording went in circles until finally after pressing 3, they said I had 18 minutes wait. No person came to the phone. After 49 minutes on hold, they hung up on me. No help online by opening a ticket or emailing and I just get robotic responses. No help. They say delivery failed but I am home and have been here. Very disappointed.

      Uniuni is a scam. They delivered a package at the entrance of the apartment building, took a picture of it, and took the package with them. The vendor was nice enough to send me another package, but they used UniUni again! So I submitted a ticket with UniUni on their website to give delivery instruction with their tracking number. The customer service responded and said the it isn't their tracking number, but it literally pulls tracking information on their website. I provided the screenshot of the tracking information. They gave no response. I'm sure this package will be stolen by the delivery person again. UniUni uses gig drivers so there is no guarantee with getting your package. And these gig drivers don't get consequences. This company is a full scam and needs to be closed down.

      They've had my package for 12 days with no update. I tried contacting customer service and got the generic response. I told them that wasn't any help, I needed an update. And they responded "We're so glad you received your package ". TWELVE DAYS!!!

After reviewing your support ticket, we recognize that there was an error in how your inquiry was handled. The agent mistakenly responded with an incorrect message that did not address your concern, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
      To clarify, as of your original request on February 20, 2025, our system showed that we had only received the shipping details of your order on February 10, 2025, at 13:02:44, but we have not yet received the physical parcel into the UniUni network. This means that your package has not yet been handed over to us for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over its current location or status.
      At this point, we strongly recommend reaching out to the vendor directly for an update on your order, as they will have more information regarding when the parcel will be transferred to UniUni for final delivery.
      We understand that this experience has been frustrating, and we truly regret the miscommunication. We are actively working to improve our support processes to prevent these errors in the future.

      I live in a condo and the driver claims to have attempted delivery twice but never called or buzzed me, despite my buzz code available in the condo directory and provided it in the shipping instructions. Then I received at text today at 3:38 PM saying i must reply asap with a buzz code else they will leave. The number they texted from does not receive calls or texts.brutal

      They go by the name, AnniePaw (maybe one of many aliases) and said the products I purchased were made in ******** and their address, so they say, is in **********. After many lengthy delays, I received a tattered package from ******* (which I have never heard of) with a return address in *****. I have no idea if my information is safe or not. I did finally receive the product I ordered, but they arent made in ********. I believe this company should be investigated.

      The worst courier company in *******6 packages were not delivered, was more then month in their warehouse. Will not transfer to ***********. Hold it for more than months and send it back. 5 pacakges ware from **** auctions which means I cannot get items again and one from aliexpress. Now I cannot even get refund from **** Refund and appeal were rejected.They lie on tracking what address is wrong or nobody was home and so on. Address is correct and everybody was ******* is not possible to do pickup from them, because pickup up locations only on east coast. Lost more than 1000USD because of their service.Every representative telling different thing, and never following up. Their response in email is generic, no reference to tracking. It is not clear to which package their response is about. Called more than 10 times. Wait time is long, sometimes will just drop call. Their agent have no idea what they are talking about. Sometimes will promise next day delivery, escalation to higher management and so on, but nothing happens.Never deal with them, never.6th package from Aliexpress were send back too, spend several day with Aliexpress and was able to get refund, but no ********* another package is on the way, which they again lied about wrong address

      Id give zero stars if possible. My package was missing an item the seller said to contact uniuni they took over two weeks to get back to me and just told me to contact the seller. Its a complete joke. Terrible service. ******** delivery. Its just random people showing up in their own cars like **** or something.

      My order was "delivered" on 02/15/2025, however it was to my address.The confirmation photo shows an outdated picture of my house and a different front porch.
