      ************. I didn't choose them. I purchased something and for whatever reason they were chosen. Trying to enter a support ticket online and my state doesn't even come up as an option. Plus their phone numbers are to different states then their company is registered in. There was a delivery driver in my driveway on 3/7, he didn't get out of his car probably him looking to see what was being delivered then stole my stuff.

      The worst delivery company ever. I ordered a shipment to my work location that is opened Mon to Fri 9AM to 8PM, so "attempted delivery" notification at 9.42AM & *****AM are impossible because I am available in that location. I could have thought that it can be my issue until I tried calling the customer service, I am not sure the person who picked up the phone can communicate in English, he cut the line after a long waiting for more than 15 minutes. I called again & "*******" replied, same issue! Very bad english then he cuts the call!!! I am trying to chase my order with this horrible company !! Please resolve the issue. After my horrible experience with the delivery company, I googled them & the threads are horrible, all 1 star mentioning the delivery company is a scam, on ************** there are enough reviews to give you an idea.

      Terrible, they dropped off my package to the wrong house and even took pictures of the address on the package (the correct address) with the wrong mailbox number and front door. Extremely frustrating. Then another package wasn't delivered the first time because they said I wasn't home (didn't show anyone attempting to deliver something on my cameras all day or into the evening). Then I called customer service and was on hold for over 40 minutes to talk to someone for them to tell me that they will try again that day. So far very bad experiences with this service. I don't want more businesses using this service. Terrible.

      We regret that your package was delivered to the wrong address despite having the correct address on the label, and that a subsequent delivery attempt was falsely marked as unsuccessful when no attempt was made. Additionally, waiting over 40 minutes to speak with someone in customer service is unacceptable, and we apologize for that experience as well.
      Please know that your feedback has been escalated internally for review, as this is not the standard we expect from our operations.
      If you do happen to receive another parcel through UniUni in the future, we encourage you to submit a customer support ticket at ******************************************************************** to add any specific delivery instructions that may assist the driver in delivering your package correctly and efficiently.

      I filed a complaint about the delivery company UniUni, which handles packages for Temu/TikTok. Some drivers (not all) are taking photos of the package and then taking it with them. They dont verify the address and just place the package in front of any door in the condo or neighborhood that looks similar to yours. This just happened to me The package was never even seen by the person at that address, which makes it seem like they just place it down for proof of delivery and then take it afterward. I filed a complaint with the company to let them know, but these incidents are becoming more and more common. The buyer pays, the package gets stolen, they issue a refund, the sellers lose, and the driver wins. Unfortunately, there is no proof this time because the door where the driver took the photos didnt have security cameras (very convenient) and the residents at that address didnt even have time to open the door and see the package on the ground. It was a matter of taking the photo and immediately taking the package away.

      The package has been out for delivery since Feb 28th, and there has not been an update on tracking regarding any delays. I emailed the company and got BS response about weather and traffic, there have been neither of those concerns here. Advised will be delivered in the next ******************************************************************************************** the same email was told if I do not get it in 3 business days to reach back out. Any update will be another 48 hours after that. This will be my first and last time dealing with this company. Customer

      A Uni Uni driver smashed his vehicle into my house and left damage to a drainpipe. I have reached out to the company for compensation and have received no response. The incident is recorded on security camera footage.

      I have same experience others have described. Bad News!1st delayed delivery, then posting pictures of someplace else and setting status to delivered.Upon complaint investigation, admitted failure to deliver but status still shows delivered.Waiting on ****** dispute as vendor still thinks it was ************** are the final details if interested......       My temu package was "delivered in good condition" on February 14, 2025, 12:06 PM according to uniuni. I've never had trouble with receiving my packages for multiple years with ontrac or **** until temu decided to have my packages sent out via uniuni. Come to my surprise, I found that my package had been tampered with! Looking back at the delivery confirmation picture, it clearly shows the side of the package had been cut open and they were trying to hide the damage done. I submitted a complaint to uniuni and it's been a week with no response at all. Strongly advise all to be wary if they have packages being delivered by uniuni!!

      The delivery driver "delivered" my package. Snapped a pic, then stole my package! I haven't been able to get anyone from the company to answer an email. Two other times, they delivered to the wrong address. This company is an absolute nightmare.

      Terrible customer service. Called and voice recording went in circles until finally after pressing 3, they said I had 18 minutes wait. No person came to the phone. After 49 minutes on hold, they hung up on me. No help online by opening a ticket or emailing and I just get robotic responses. No help. They say delivery failed but I am home and have been here. Very disappointed.
