      I would rate them a 0 if I could. After over a month, a dozen phone calls with promises to deliver it soon, and 0 delivery attempts, they sent my parcels back to the vendor. They were Christmas presents that I cannot reorder at the same price point I paid and a lot are out of stock. The closest they got were in a city two hours away from where I live. They said that the postal code was wrong, even though it wasnt. They said I was outside their service area, but my friend a block away had her parcels delivered. So many failed promises and I was told a manager would contact me within a few hours, several days ago and I have heard nothing. UniUni is listed as a **************** on here (they have two profiles rated a+ which is suspicious) but when I tried to submit a complaint I was told that it was a Massachusetts based company.

      We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you have experienced throughout this process. We completely understand how upsetting it must be to have your parcels returned after being assured they would be delivered.
      After reviewing your case, we found that your address falls outside of our delivery service area, which regrettably made it impossible for us to complete the delivery. As a result, your parcels were returned to the vendors warehouse. We acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly and much earlier in the process to prevent unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
      We also recognize the frustration caused by the multiple contacts you made with our support team and the unfulfilled promises of a manager reaching out. We take full responsibility for the breakdown in communication and will be addressing this internally to ensure it does not happen again.
      Since your package has now been returned, we kindly recommend contacting your vendor to discuss a refund or replacement. We understand that the inability to reorder certain items at the original price point is an additional hardship, and we regret that this situation has caused you such inconvenience.

      Several people within the same town I am in, received their parcels as they were passed off with ***********. Which I was assured would happen with mine. I cannot be outside of the delivery address if other people here are not. I also tried giving an alternate address within 20km of the warehouse but had the same issues with it. Your company and representatives were committed to lying and not delivering my parcels. Not one attempt was made. My father in fact got a parcel today through your company diverted to ****** post, and he lives in an even smaller town fifteen km further than mine from the local warehouse.

      Terrible experience with UniUni delivery. Packages are consistently late, and their tracking system is completely unreliable. **************** is almost impossible to reach, and when you do, they are unhelpful and dismissive. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid using UniUni if you want your items delivered on timeor delivered at all!

      Read the reviews before you order from a company who uses *******. I have the same issues as many others. Tracking says that the parcel was in transit on January 6th and out for delivery on January 14th. Still has not been delivered. I'm in contact with the company who uses them to ship and requesting a refund for the remaining subscription boxes if they continue to use ******* as their shippers. ***** this shipping service!

      zero stars!! don't answer phones. The Bot chat is taking you on a loop that does not get info . The e-mails have not been answered. The packages they handle are delivered consistently to the wrong address. The company wont address issues.

      Please, do not pick this company to do business with. This rating is based on multiple separate experiences with them. One of 3 outcomes from this business:1. Lack of customer support. You will not get any help from anyone most of the time. The only response you will get if you are lucky is an automated message. Their online support has a chatbot and will give you generic answers. If you submit a ticket I doubt anyone will respond.Their phone never gets answered. You will not receive your parcel, not have any answers for why you didn't get parcel, and you will have to deal with the sender and jump through multiple hoops to get your refund.2. You will receive some kind of a response but still won't receive your parcel. By god, if you receive an email they will outright lie to you. The parcel will be changed to "Delivered' or "failed to deliver" even if they never attempted delivery. Sometimes they will say that your address is outside their delivery area. If you tell them that you will come pick it up they will refuse you. If you ask them to return parcel to sender they will refuse to do so and clam that the parcel was delivered. You still have to contact the seller and prove that you never received the parcel. The seller will argue that the package was delivered according to Uniuni but you never got it so what now?3. You will receive your package and this is the rarest case of all. After waiting and dealing with chatbot/no response you will finally receive your package. It will be damaged and the delivery person will damage your property but hey, you've finally received what you paid for. You will be left feeling dirty and abused. Congrats. I would never pick this company to do business with. In addition, I will not support a company that uses Uniuni. Clearly, none of them care enough to for repeat customers.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Payment and Unfair Business Practices Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against *******. I have not been paid for my work in over three weeks, despite fulfilling my responsibilities and meeting all deadlines. The company has failed to honor their commitment to timely payment and is now attempting to penalize me with absurd and unidentified policies, which seem designed to get workers to work for ******* addition, they are trying to impose a fine on me for a false claim of losing a package, without providing any clear or verifiable evidence. This is not only unfair but also unprofessional and unethical.I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter and assist in resolving these issues promptly.       My package is just over 2 weeks late. For the last week it has been "out for delivery". There is no customer support unfortunately. Only a chatbot that is completely useless. I received an email from them yesterday saying my package will be delivered in the next 48 hours but I won't hold my beath. To anyone who is reading this review, I suggest you double check with the seller before hand who their logistic company is. Make sure it's not uniuni and if it is, tell them to use a different company. If they can't make any guarantees, just know that if you decided to go through with your purchase, there is a high possibility you will not receive your package.

      Terrible delivery service. Had never heard of it before until my fiance had ordered a package off of Etsy. When the driver approached the our porch, he threw the small package at the house before taking a picture. I have video of it which unfortunately cant upload here. Tried to get in contact with customer support through their website but kept receiving the prompt Failed to creat ticket

      This is the WORST delivery? Service in the history of delivery services. Could not deliver a package to a *** Store address so, gave their CS folks another address. Took them 10 days to reply to a "ticket" and said delivery would be with-in the next 10 days. Terrible, terrible terrible Service.

      Delivery guy was the best!! He called me and because I wasnt home to accept package went out of his way to deliver it to my work place!! Absolutely brilliant!!
