      Highly upset and disappointed how can your delivery driver not no the difference between addresses and apt numbers they delivered my package to a whole nother set of apartments and had the audacity to take a picture when they no the addresss or apt numbers dont match wat kinda of human beings are yall to just deliver someone package to the wrong door step i will never ever buy from the company that uses Ununi ever again and will never refer anyone to that company yall **** badlyIf I could give no stars I will

      I ordered a package from ***** a few weeks ago and they've failed to deliver to my place twice despite never ringing my doorbell. I am VERY unimpressed with the service. The first attempt I spent an hour on hold with the company and the agent assured me that the package would be delivered the next day, I even gave them my number and instructed that the delivery driver call me prior to delivery so if there was an issue, I could help and now I've just received an email saying that the package was rejected. It certainly was not rejected by me. I have no issues with deliveries with any other company and have had no issues with ***** prior to UniUni taking this particular parcel. I will be asking ***** to never hand my package over to this company again because they are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I simply want my parcel delivered to me.

      If I could zero stars I would. They left package in lobby when I wasn't home and it immediately got stolen. Filed a complaint but they never answered complaint. Hike show company said they would replace my order one time only. Now I see uniuni is still the delivery company. You literally have to wait outside for these guys or you'll never get your package. That is if they even show up at the right address.

      I am very, very disappointed with their delivery service. On August 1, 2024 I ordered an item through a company. Yes, I did use the address of my local **** to have the package delivered. According to their tracking information, there were two attempts to deliver the package to the **** address once on August 08, 2024 and then again on August 09, 2024. Apparently, both times the package was not delivered due to the **** was already closed for those days. Their tracking information stated on August 13, 2024 (contact failed and inaccessible and parcel returned to warehouse). Red flag (where was my package between August 09 and August 13, 2024? because I could see no tracking data available for those date. On August 16, 2024 I called the customer service number and an agent changed my shipping address to have my package delivered to another address. I was told that the package would now be arriving on August 20, 2024 four days later. Well, August 20, 2024 came and went no package. The next day I attempted to call customer service again and both times I was put on hold for about thirty-five minutes and then was totally disconnected with out ever specking to anyone. I then tried using the chat service which they adamantly push on you while you are on hold, and of course once again I was still in the dark to the actual where about of my package. Today I checked their website to track the current location and discovered that on August 21, 2024 my package had been rescheduled for delivery. I called customer service hoping to not be disconnected again, after an extensive wait time and to my sunrise a agent answered the phone and told me my delivery will be here tomorrow definitely. So the saga continues. Plain and simply ridiculous. If I could give this company less than one star I most certainly would.

      This company refuses to deliver packages. They tell me my address is wrong and its not. They want another address which I dont have. They dont want to deliver in rural areas and say they attempt to. ********** ******, *******, and *** are all capable of finding out home. This company is a ****. I have even tried calling them and they never answer. The wait time goes from 3 minutes to 5 minutes and up.

      newsflash***** If you are working for a delivery company, you should have a general sense of direction!! I have received two notifications that the address is wrong. No. The address is not wrong and UniUni is saying failed attempt due to wrong address. This is the address the rest of our mail comes to, so what's the problem???? Driver failed to know how to navigate so I don't get my package? This is a replacement order for the first failed delivery. How many times does it take? Are they just keeping our products?? I am currently on hold with their customer service. They have failed to connect me with anyone. I have been on hold for almost an hour already. THIS IS HORRIBLE. What a scam

      I am being kind giving this company 1 star. In my honest opinion they don't even deserve 1 star. I have never encountered the worst customer service, long wait times and when I got through on one occasion the representative hung up. The tracking record showed 2 failed attempts to deliver. I live in a condo and not once did I receive a buzz indicating the driver was attempting to deliver. Then one entry stated incorrect address. The third time I called customer service to confirm my address, they had the correct address. I finally requested the address to go pick up the package I was expecting.. I have contacted the company that I ordered my package from and advised them of the horrendous service. I am also contacting DHL ecommerce that contracted out to UNIUNI.

      This delivery company is the worst in the city. I ordered from ***** and ******* was the company that was supposed to deliver my order. On july ******* when i tracked my package it says it was out for delivery. It is now august ******* and it still says that my package is out for delivery. I have spoken and complained to ******* about 5 times now. And finally on the 6th time of me calling them the customer service representative said they would be issuing a refund and i should be getting an email within 2 hours after speaking with them explaining to me what i need to do so i can get my refund. I waited 2 hours and nothing from then. I waited till the next day and still no email from them. When i called them back again after a couple of days they said to me that they need to contact the shipper so that they can issue a refund. Why do they need to contact the shipper if uni uni were the ones that lost my package? If i still dont get a response from them i will be contacting my local news station since uni uni head office is in ********, ** and see if they can let do a story about them. I'm sure there are other people that would also complain and have dealt with this company and have had issues with them.

      My parcel says out for delivery, expected by 8 and it's now almost 9 and no parcel delivery. I've been home this whole time and there has been no attempt. No update so I don't even know what happened. I'm beyond disgusted as I can't get a hold of any customer service person in order to get assistance.

      Terrible! Had a fake delivery attempt on July 31. They said my address was incorrect which of course it wasnt. Called them to set up re-delivery. Finally on Aug 3rd they responded to an email to say that my delivery had been rescheduled. No tracking #, no information as to what the delivery date would be. Contacted them via email because their chat bot is terrible and you wait on hold for sometimes an hour. I still have NOT received my package. Tried emailing them again they arent answering them anymore nor are they answering the phones. You wait on hold until you get disconnected. Terrible customer service. Actually they dont have ANY customer service at all!
