1 starBeyond incompetence, this company is crazymaking. They delivered my box to the wrong address, mixing up West with East. They took a photo of an address post matching my building number (i.e. "1234"), then sent me 'proof of delivery' at the neighbouring house ("1236") without showing the house number. The house is on the other side of the city. The number photographed cannot be found on ****** Maps. I don't even live in a house; I am in an apartment as indicated by my suite #. Despite my phone number on the package, no call was made to contact me. Unfortunately, the h*** ride only begins here. Contacting customer service means hours on hold with ever-changing wait times. Several times, when it's my turn, the call just hangs up. I spoke with an agent, they opened a ticket, and I had to reply to the ticket/email with photos of my residence so they can "investigate". All of this could be solved using ****** Maps and Postal Codes.Following submission of my photos, I received no response after ***** hours, as promised. I call again and am told to send a screenshot of my receipt and they will refund me. When I ask who do I send this info to and how will they refund me, the agent told me with annoyance, "the same email you replied to".I sent the receipt along with details for e-transfer. Over 24 hours later, I get a reply informing me that my package was delivered weeks ago and with the same photos of "proof of delivery", taking me back to Square Zero in this nightmare loop of gaslighting, lack of clear communication and accountability.I call back and am on hold for hours, with the call disconnecting right after it rings an agent. This has already cost me too much in time and energy, but I persist because this kind of nonsense needs to be shut down. There is no way these kind of "mistakes" are just made. Dealing with them is so exhausting that they hope you will just give up in their disconnected loop of emails, phone calls and non-responses. Shut them down!uniuni

1 starMy package has been missing for 15 days. Says the delivery attempt failed. They will not answer the phone or answer support tickets for missing packages. This service is a scam and needs to be shut down. They use individuals to deliver the packages with no training and get paid per delivery.Review fromVadym M

1 starAnd yet another fff-up... The tracking number said the parcel was delivered. But it's not. I received an email with delivery details and photos. The address was right. But the photos were of some other house. Not mine. There was a photo of the package. With the address on the package. The address in the photo was wrong too. Not mine. It might be the correct address of that house... ***. But it doesn't answer where is my parcel. And about the support... I tried to call to the support. The robot said it's going to be 17 mins. 1 hour later I finally get my call accepted... And I enjoyed about 5 min of silence. After that call was dropped. Okay... I went to the support system to fill the ticket... And know what? Location is a mandatory field. And it drop-down list. And of course, there was no my location there. There was no my state there!!! You know... I've seen some bad services... But this is the worst of the worst. I can't assign 0 stars. So it's 1.uniuni

1 starA one star since there is a no star rating. Order was SUPPOSEDLY left in our mailbox. Driver sent a photo. Within an hour we checked, no package. Only MISSING package in over 20 yrs if you believe it was delivered or not taken by customer. Tried calling customer service. No answer IN 30 MINUTES.Review fromRosie T

1 starMaybe the worst customer service business model I have ever encountered. On hold for hours at a time. when they finally "answer" the call it just cuts off and there is no *** to speak with. The automated message tells you to fill out a form online but then they don't accept the forms when you submit them. After what felt like hundreds of attempts to submit the form it finally went through and i have yet to hear anything from them in 7 days.Review fromDiana C

1 starI got an email saying the delivery had failed, but 1. I was at home, 2. Nobody ever rang the buzzer or tried to contact me. Tried immediately to contact their CS using their bot, which just kept closing off without letting me get to the end of the form. 48h after the delivery I got an email asking to contact their CS to set up a delivery time, but once again, their "chat bot" was kept failing and giving me an error. Also, I got the email to finally contact them after it stated they had tried to deliver and contact me two days in succession, but I work from home, and nobody every rang the buzzer or again, tried to contact me in any way. Now my package is going back to the warehouse and I'm spending my morning on the phone to get to their CS.Too bad there isn't a way to rate this service 0 out of 5 starts because I have nothing positive to say.Review fromKiersten T

1 starThis company is the worst. The driver in our city just drops multiple random packages on peoples porches. They said they delivered one of my packages and they never did. The photo for proof of delivery doesnt even show anything. I have submitted a ticket for my package with them and no one has gotten back to me. Beware and do Not use them. I think they are taking the packages or just leaving them at random addresses.Review fromRo J

1 starGot a notification saying delivery unsuccessful because they wanted to confirm my address the address was correct. They should have just dropped off my package on the day they had it out for delivery no other carriers have ever had issues. As soon as I saw the notification about the failed delivery attempt (2 hours after they contacted me) I responded informing them that the address provided is the correct address. 5 days later I finally hear back from them, and once again, theyre asking me to reconfirm my address, telephone number and tracking number so once again, I reconfirm all this information with them. They are now saying that they will reschedule the delivery for 10 BUSINESS DAYS from today. That means that a package which should have been delivered on the first attempt on December 3rd, now wont be arriving until December 20th! 1 starI ordered an item from a vendor. I got a delivery notification from uniuni for that item, but I found a different item in the package. The shipping label, which shows an origin of ***********, **, was stuck over a different label from the overseas vendor with a different order reference number and delivery address.I called the customer support number for my region and was connected to support staff after 30 minutes on hold. I stated that I received the wrong item, and the uniuni label does not match the vendor's label. The support person told me I needed to contact the vendor for incorrect item. I explained again that I believe this is uniuni's error because it appears they added the label with my address to someone else's package. The support person immediately disconnected the call without responding, which I found unprofessional.I attempted to submit a support ticket on their website with the details on both the apparent labeling issue and the unhelpful, dismissive customer support phone call. Pressing the "Send" button displayed a "Loading" message that has not changed for over ten minutes. I needed to remove the attachment, which contained a photo of the incorrect label, in order to submit the support ticket.
