1 starI have had more issues and parcels lost with UniUni than I have ever had with all other shipping companies combined. Customer support is poor to non existent. I will not order from any business that uses UniUni as their delivery company ever again. Just not worth the hassle.Review fromKim J

1 starThis company is a straight up scam and needs immediate investigation! They use photos to confirm they have "delivered" the package. I would love to understand though how the same exact photo used as "proof of delivery", showing the same exact along with the same exact angles of the two door mats and leaves on the porch are in the exact same position, can be for two entirely different residents in the same town of **. Either the company itself is unaware that their employees are stealing or this is a directive to employees within the company to make money on reselling the items. Either way I advise anyone who has a package en route with this company or "lost" to begin the process of asking for a replacement as you will never see the item you ordered.uniuni

These photos are taken by the driver at the time of delivery and should accurately reflect the location. 1 starOrdered something and the proof of delivery picture on the UniUni site was not my house. Got a refund from the seller and put the order in again. Same thing happened a second time. Clearly UniUni is a scam. They are either not delivering the packages or the drivers are stealing them. If you think your package was stolen odds are it was never left at your address! How is this company still credited by BBB with a B rating???uniuni

The first tracking # is UUS4AG**SSN**989 If you look at the *** pictures you can see they are 2 different houses with different numbers (23 and 25)!The second tracking # is UUS4AT**SSN**835 And yet another different house!Review fromMs Kayle G.

1 starThis has product was order in October 3th. You know I know youre trying to help (KoxSmar), however Im not going to give out another address and have one of my friends take a day off from their jobs. I know the package came from *****, I know it arrived in ********** and went through customs, I know its in a warehouse in ***************. Here is the deal you tell UniUni Ive read a lot of bad reviews on ****** about crooked driver, packages not being delivered and sent back to warehouses or damaged, they say they never heard of this company, they say this company is unreliable. I also know UniUni hands off to ****, *** and *****, so you tell them to give my package to either one of these delivery companies. NO MORE EXCUSES The address is Ms ***** ******* ********************************************************************************************* #**** At least I know they deliver on time. There is no amount of compensation to give me, what if it was a photo of your dad and mom and you as a baby???? Im tried of this Im stress out and yes emotional. You tell them just do it and email me the tracking number from either ****, *** or ****** This is the final deal , you tell them get the package out of the Phoenix warehouse and hand it off to either delivery companies at their expense.Review fromDanan B

1 starI ordered on Sept.24th. Starting Oct.10th for 3 weeks the tracking app got several "attempted delivery" notifications before a "return to warehouse". Not once did the driver attempt to deliver any package. I live in a building with a buzzer that keeps track of all buzzes... there were none during the "attempted" deliveries. I live in a building with a camera. At no point during the "attempted delivery" did anyone show up at my ************ random day I got a text from unknown name/number "hey i have ur parcel"(sic) with no identification. I asked who they were and 4 days later got a reply saying "UniUni, I will come tomorrow". I stayed home all day and finally asked if they were coming... with no response. They did not come NOR respond.Thanksgiving Sunday... 8 guests were here... Uni claims 2 (yes, TWO!!) "delivery attempts".All 9 of us know they didn't make any.I contacted the vendor and got a replacement package via a "different" carrier... though still UniUni once in ******, sadly.When I contacted *** to complain they sent an email saying they'd make a "second attempt". They did not. I later told them to 'return to sender' as a replacement was being sent to which I got an "ok"... that's it... Uni's response to a complaint is "ok".For this second (after Uni didn't deliver the first) I received a text saying they have a package (to which I responded in less than 20 minutes) but they marked this as a "delivery attempt"... even though I told them exactly when I would be home. I guess a text message is a "delivery attempt" now. I've told them when someone would be here and not be here... we are still waiting for a response... let alone an actual delivery attempt.Drivers clearly have phone numbers but only use them to send sketchy messages so they can mark "attempted delivery" instead of actually attempting *********** is now 26 days... 1 starI received an email saying my package was delivered and a photo. My apartment complex has a big sign that asks carries not to leave packages in the mail room but put them in a hub. By the time I got home my package was not there. I sent proof of everything and my apartment complex did a parcel audit and nothing was found. At first they were replying my emails and after I requested a missing parcel document they stopped. I need someone to get in touch with me and send me the document.Review fromTalonika S

1 starI ordered a package from sculptouch. Which I think is a scam as well. They're working together. There's two different sites for scope touch. The first time I called the customer service line for Uni Uni someone answered and there was hip hop music playing in the background loud very unprofessional. He told me that my package could not be delivered because of the wrong address. Which I'm sure I did put my apartment number. We spoke about a second delivery and that it would be out for delivery the next day. I did not receive my package the next day, so I called back a second time. This time I got someone named Camellio. What she did not give me his name I had to ask for it. When I asked where you act like he didn't know it. He then told me that it would be 10 days for my package to be redelivered. And someone would call me when it was time to deliver my package. That has been 7 days ago. Mind you I ordered my package on October 14th. I called yesterday and spoke with ******. Who told me that I will be receiving my package within the 10-day time frame. I tried to track my package on their website I'm not for sure which one if it's the fake one or the real one but it's no help. I just tried to reach out to scope touch to get help with my order and they suggested that I had to pay a reschedule fee and shipping to get my package. What type of sense does that make.? 1 starThe uniuni driver called me when he arrived at my place , he didn't speak a lick of English but knew two words package and my unit number . I said I'm not home and he started talking to me loudly in his language and hung up on me and sent a picture of My parcel. I left work so o coii up le go see if he left the package outside my appointment building but nothing was there. I called the uniuni customer service line so many times and I was on hold forever and a few times someone picked up and I couldn't hear a voice . Very unprofessional and this has to be taken to the global news enough is enough !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Also when I did get ahold of someone from customer service he wasn't very friendly and seemed very doopy !!!
