      Requested an address change on May 29, 'booked' second delivery June 11 and June 19. Now they're saying the can't deliver it.

      Thank you for your patience and for bringing this matter to our attention. We have reviewed your customer support ticket and can confirm that our agents requested a second delivery for your parcel. However, due to time constraints and the prioritization of first delivery attempts, our delivery team was unable to schedule the second delivery before the parcel was sent back to the vendor warehouse due to an incorrect address. 
      We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To resolve this issue, we recommend contacting the vendor directly to request either a replacement or a refund for your order.

      Items order through Aliexpress where never delivered. Parcel was marked as wrong address yet I've received 2 packages prior from the Aliexpress using Uniuni. Using the same information.Received email stating Parcel was not delivered back to warehouse. Cannot schedule second delivery attempt.Possible theft from driver yet uniuni does not take any responsibility. It should not take 3 days for it to be investigated.Aliexpress Cannot refund since it's stating courier has packages and should be picked up.Uniuni states packages are not at warehouse.Uniuni seems to have thousands of these complaints.Customer service phone number is inactive.

      This logistics company is horrible. No immediate customer service, which becomes extremely frustrating when you have expensive packages. Secondly, the drivers make failed attempts to deliver without even trying. They do not buzz your condominium for access. When you try to call customer service the phone number is out of service which forces you online. It should not take 1-3 days to receive a response. I will no longer purchase from establishments that use this company for their logistics and this logistics company should not be allowed or licensed to carry any sort if mail.

      Zero stars. I received an email that my package was delivered but no package! I contacted via email the company I ordered from. They sent a photo of a home that was not mine. They directed me to call the carrier UniUni. UniUni does not take phone calls so went online & filed a complaint. ***** hoursno response. I believe BOTH companies must be a SCAM as neither will get back to me regarding reimbursement or replacement.

      Did not even attempt to delivee the package saying "wrong address". Had to double check and it was the correct address. No way to reach customer service other than by messaging on the website. How a company can run without a single human being able to help you out, beats me.

      I have been waiting a month for a package that says it was supposed to deliver twice and has been rescheduled for over a week. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to operate in the *********** region

      My package was first left on a sidewalk on a busy road where it was quickly stolen. After the merchant sent me a replacement, Uniuni would not leave it at my stoop (around the side of the building) or even knock on the door or call upon delivery attempt. I have left directions to have the parcel left at the door twice, requested a call when delivery attempt is made, and I was home two times delivery says it was attempted. I even offered to go to a warehouse facility to even pick up my package but they are not set up for parcel pick-up. While they have a phone line, there is no agent you can speak to and you are directed to the bot on their website. It says information is processed between 1-2 business days so you can't get any immediate assistance. What a rip-off. I will not be ordering from any business that uses this shipper.

      This delivery company is a joke or a scam. I don't even believe that they actually leave your packages I live in ************* in a large apartment building that does not have a secure mailroom or a door attendant or lobby attendant every time I order my packages from ***** or another one of those e-commerce stores and it's delivered with **** I received my package this company I never even heard of them I just had my first experience with them this past weekend and it was terrible. I never received my package I called them to complain they sent me a photo to my email of the delivery person holding my package up outside the apartment building to show the apartment building number took a picture holding my package in the air and left I never received my package they didn't take a picture of it on the floor in front ofmy apartment door and number in the photo like the Amazon drivers do this person held it up outside the building and left. Uni uni sent me an email with that photo that I described above and a statement stating that they confirmed that I actually received my package and I needed to contact the store that I bought it from they're telling me that I need to contact my carrier which uni uni was not my carrier it was their carrier that they chose who did not deliver. Very disappointed with customer service and their first contact resolution *****. They don't even offer an apology. If the company that you want to order from is using uni uni I would just steer clear you're not going to receive your package you may not even receive a refund beware consumers. *And I contacted uni uni multiple times, please don't come under this post trying to apologize to me now. Apologize to the businesses that you're doing business to business with because you're going to cost them a lot of money and returns and refunds. Date of experience: June 14, 2024
