      I have a package that has not been delivered by them. It seems that they have lost it. Their phone can never be reached and no one responds to online complaints. I want them to compensate for my loss.

      They should receive 0 stars, the company said delivery attempts made, yet I have been outside my house for hours,uniuni is a total SCAM, PHONE NUMBERS DON'T WORK, the automated system is either busy or hangs up on you, the website rarely works, it's a shame when customers order merchandise and this company STEALS IT...

      I had two separate packages that were suppose to be delivered already. When I track the package it says wrong address so delivery attempt unsuccessful and then the next day it said wrong phone and that my package was sent back to the warehouse. Both my address and phone number were correct. Ive had other packages delivered via UniUni without issues. Ive submitted multiple tickets without any response and now when I try to create a ticket it says ticket failed. Ive called every customer service number I could find for this company but all have a recording that the provide support exclusively online and then the number disconnects. I wish I could give this company zero stars. I want to receive my packages that I paid for! And the fact they offer no help trying to locate (or even respond to tickets) is appalling. I want my packages immediately

      Horrible Company. They have led me on a wild goose chase for over a month. Promising me the packaged will be delivered this week, then the next, then the next and still nothing, It has been over a month since I ordered my items. I think they are stealing people's items. What kind of business are they running. Maybe they should go out of business.

      My package was delivered at 6AM and left in the lobby of a building that holds over 50 families. My package was stolen and they said I need to contact the company I purchased from. Who are these people and why are they still in business?

      This company is bad and capital letters the delivery system they have *****. Ive been waiting for a package for over a month. My packages are now lost. They say its a fail delivery wrong address when the address was checked six times and the address is correct. I will never have them deliver anymore of my packages.

      Horrible service, I have ordered from a place called Yochc they are horrible service as well. Ordered on the 17th of May paid 45 for my product. Was a sweater when I asked to get a better wak to track my order. I was sent a picture of my order status. No one called, texted. Or emailed me about my package. Both company's got my address wrong they used my PayPal account. I provided my right address on the yochc when I ordered. When I looked on 17track the first place I was told and shown in email picture of tracking progress. Then I noticed May 31st it said out for delivery than the same day said Failed delivery attempt, returning to the warehouse. (Wrong Address). That has been going on from May 31st to June 8th. I have called sent tickets as they call it and emails with the right address. When I called last few times they didnt fix my address or when I ask the customer service representative they try to say we have this address. I say that is not it I say the right one they say yes we have that address I ask why has my package not been sent then. Now the status is Parcel returned to warehouse.Please contact **************** Immediately to reschedule the final delivery after multiple attempts to contact them to get my package. They do not have a place where I can pick it up at and the 800 number does not work I had to find another online for U.S.A but they gave a eastern standard time zone. I live in pacific time zone it takes up to 1 or 3 hours to get ahold of a real person. One website says they open at 10am one this website says 11am I do not recommend this delivery service.

      Package not deliver, the customer support is non existent. The phone for customer support tells you to send email? Email no one responds.How is this company allowed to operate in *** is beyond me.

      They have not delivered a package from ****, and said it was the incorrect address. I checked with the address I have listed at ****, and it is the correct address. I tried to call, and was told the number was unavailable. I contacted **** who referred me to UniUni. This has gone no where. I would like the items delivered or receive a refund. I asked **** about a refund, and they referred me back to UniUni for delivery purposes.

      Failed delivery. Went through their process multiple times to reschedule the delivery. They always replied that the delivery was rescheduled and will be delivered in 7 business days. It's been two months. Contacted seller and they said UniUni is not responding to them. Uniuni has basically stolen my product,
