      My package did have the incorrect address when I first submitted my order.However, it was updated day of and it was said they would redeliver within 1-5 business days. It has been 12 days and I call everyday and they keep stating "escalating to supervisor" and I never hear anything back. They never call back, have asked to speak to a manager and nothing. I still have not received my package. I even offered to pick up it up and nothing.

      I have made several orders in the past for ***** where they normally used ***** but this last time was with UniUni. I did not receive any notification that my package was delivered until two days after the date on the tracking log when ***** sent me an email. I checked the delivery confirmation photo that the driver took and it wasn't my apartment, nor that of any of my neighbors, and the number on the door didn't match either. My order is somewhere completely different and I have no clue where it is to retrieve it. I hope ***** and no other business uses this company, they are awful. Now awaiting *****'s response to my email for a replacement or refund.

      Unbelievable! Ordered from Nonolily off of Instagram and they messed up on delivering to the right address, so I have to contact UniUni to get a cert of proof that the door pic that I received was not my door. I am currently on hold, when the call started it was 61 mins, then it jumped to 41 then back up to 86. And then down to 44 and then back up to 60. I am beyond mad...I am furious. It's now 48 mins into my call as I have a timer on my phone. This company is A JOKE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are a business do not rely on them for your deliveries as this company will single-handedly ruin your business.

      My package was out for delivery for 3 days (if finally arrived on the 3rd day). I submitted 2 support tickets and never got a response. In a 24-hour period, I called support 3 times, being on hold for a combined total of 4.5 hours. The 3rd time I called, the message said my wait time would be 13 minutes. 75 minutes later, I was transferred to a support line that rang for 2 minutes with no answer. I was placed back on hold for 1 minute and sent to support again. It rang for 15 seconds, and I was then disconnected, never talking to anyone. I firmly believe that there is no customer support for this company. Never seen anything like it.

      Uniuni delivery is a complete scam!! They say you provided the wrong address even though it is correct and then never deliver. They tell the seller that the package was delivered so you cannot get a refund. Terrible customer service. They never respond to any inquiry about your package and the number for customer service put you on hold for over an hour and when it finally rings they hang up on you!!

      Worst customer service ever. Sending packages back for delivery attempt can't be completed when they just delivered something not that long ago. They take several days to respond to a complaint ticket and you can forget about reaching them on the phone. I wish ***** would stop using them. They still havent responded about my last order so I ended up just getting a refund from *****. Very annoying.

      I ordered from ***** on May 2. The package arrived in my town on May 12 but then I saw that there was a failed delivery attempt due to an invalid address on May 14. I called uniuni and was told they will make another attempt within 7 business days. I also verified that I in fact do not have an invalid address. The delivery did not happen so I called back and was told they would make a second attempt the next day. That didnt happen. So I called back after also emailing with no response. The rep told me she had no record of my first call and said itll be another 7 business days. It is now June 1st and I still do not have my package and have no way of contacting *****. This is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered.

      They did not inform me when they received my package and did not text, phone or ring my door bell when they dropped off my package. Would not recommend using this company.

      Had a large package which was tracked as Out For Delivery, and then 6 days later the tracking changes to Package is in Transit and will be updated later, same message a week later and then I get email notifying that the package is lost. What kind of incompetent company is this? No response to email or chat line. This company should be investigated for fraud.

      Uniuni delivery company delivered two different packages, left the wrong one, and took the one that belonged to me. Now, I have someone else's package with **** checked the tracking numbers on their website, and there are pictures of my door and address. Basically, the delivery driver brought two packages, took pictures of both, marked both as delivered, and left the wrong package. they still have my package somewhere else, and I have someone else's package now.I have already reached out to them, but they are not accepting responsibility. Their customer service is terrible they don't answer within two hours, and they don't resolve anything. They told me I need to contact the police, claiming they completed their service by delivering the packages. However, they still have my package somewhere else, and I have someone else's package now. It's likely that my package was delivered to someone else. In short, they marked my package as delivered but left the wrong package instead. The Uniuni is terrible they have the worst customer service, They are not going to solve the problem they don't even listen.
