      The driver tosses my packages from up to 15 feet from my door. Some of the packages contained sensitive electronic equipment. He does it every time. I have contacted customer service (which is a joke and took over an hour) They said they wouldn't let him deliver my packages anymore. They lied. It is unprofessional and inappropriate for someone to treat delivery packages in that manner.

      Driver repeatedly drove past WELL MARKED mailbox on my straight driveway with my house at the other end....and attempted to deliver to an unmarked vacant lot with a dirt road leading away. ***** can deliver to my house! *** can deliver to my house! **** can deliver to my house! ****** PRIME can deliver to my house! This ***** **** delivery outfit I never heard of cannot. Driver also had phone number...never attempted to contact me. Ring camera on house clearly never recorded any attempt to walk up the driveway at said delivery attempt times. Contacted customer support....I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR. "We are experiencing high call volume" simply means they have not hired enough people. Once answered, customer service agent said she would have driver call me next time he was there. ****. No call. On the second attempt, the driver had the gall to record reason for not delivering was "Rejected Delivery"!!! Nothing was rejected. Driver copped an attitude.

      Once again this ** lost or left my package for ****** people to have a lot **. Use this fraud useless ridiculous I thinking about going to us attorney cuz I've never gotten no money back on high dollar items like gold **ins iPhones etc that they've left it all too unsecure even not even my address and once again I ordered something from AliExpress and they use these fools and once again they've lost my package or they said what's in our warehouse will deliver it 10 days which they never will

      If I could give this company a 0 star I would. This has to be the worse company out there. I've had so many issues from them saying my package was delivered but I didn't receive anything and lost my money because they claimed it was and I couldn't get my money back, to the driver caught throwing my package from the sidewalk (which my package was fragile), when I contacted them and sent them the video they said they'd look into it and never heard back, to them returning my package to the vendor stating the contact info was wrong and they made multiple attempts to deliver when that was a lie, I was home all day and no one ever attemped up deliver, I also checked the deliver address and it was definitely correct so the driver must have gone to the wrong address or they didn't want to deliver it and claimed they did. These people need to go out of business or be held accountable for their bad services. They should be charged a fine for their incompetence.

      They left my package out in the open, and it got stolen. I have a secure package room in my complex, which they didnt bother to use.

      Uniuni repeatedly throws small packages from Temu anywhere on my property, even though the delivery instructions clearly say to leave in marked package receptical(s) on front porch. I contacted them, and they were rude, said they don't have to follow any delivery instructions, even those on the third line of my address (put in package receptical on front porch). I reported them to TEMU who says they will try to block them as a carrier.

      Ive talked to customer service to correct the issue of my packages but no they never sent it. Im done dealing with UniUni and any company that uses them as a delivery service.

      2 of my packages were delivered to the completely wrong address. When I called (and had to wait 40 minutes) to see if they could call the driver and see where the package was I was told they would escalate my ticket and it would be 24- 48 hours. When asked if I could speak to someone else I was told yes, but that they would contact me in 24 hours. No one has any idea where my package is and this seems to be a constant problem with this company. Terrible service.

      If i could leave less then one star i would. I was on. Hold on the phone with uni uni the told me it would be eighteen minutes. The kept extending the time. I was on the phone for 3 hours and fourty five minutes before i finally hung up. This was yesterday. They come to my apartment complex and deliver packages to our unattended mailroom instead of delivering to the apartments upstairs those packages end up getting stolen because they are left unattended. I have had two deliveries that were completed. They didnt have a problem with my apartment being inaccessible like they claimed yesterday and today. I have been home for the last two days and no one came to my door or attempted to contact me at my apartment. I did reach them by phone once and i was told to get ahold of the shipper. Well they have my correct address so what except to tell them not to use uni uni. Also it says on their website the if you want to schedule a redelivery it will cost you money. I already paid for shipping. If you ask me they are a scam buisness

      What ***** is there isnt really much that can be done. Yea leave a review on this site but what does that do for people that are getting ripped off? Does this force uniuni to be accountable for their drivers or packages sent through them? Just a public place to vent where no company will see when selecting shipping partners.
