      THE WORST COURIER EVER!!!
      I was supposed to get my package before Christmas. Instead, I found a slip saying that I have to pick it up because they couldn’t find me. I opted for a second delivery, I even called them and made sure they have all the details and mentioned to LEAVE IT AT THE DOOR. Still, they didn’t even buzz (if they were ever here) and pretending that nobody answered. I have never dealt with them before, but it’s AWFUL! Now I have to drive 40 minutes to pick up my package, on my time and my expenses when this was supposed to be delivered long time ago.
      So many bad reviews and can’t believe they are still running!
      I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER!

      I guess your driver couldn't see the HUGE mailbox or lit doorbell button both beside the front door. I almost stepped on my fragile plastic delivery when I went outside after dark, not knowing that the delivery had been made. Unfortunately, your email notification came after I had retired for the night (1:31 AM).
      This level of service is UNSATISFACTORY so for future deliveries, I hope my normal-sized, fragile packages can be deposited in my HUGE mailbox & the drivers can kindly ring the adjacent doorbell when delivered. I will be leaving a negative review on social media for this POOR service in the hopes that your drivers improve their practices.

      They literally put it in front of an elevator. They put it down in front of in elevator, took a picture of it, and left it there. This isn't incompetence its outright spite. They even put the wrong room number on package. Nothing is more infuriating then realizing that you saw your package in the apartment mailroom but didn't realize it was yours because someone scribbled on the wrong number.

      We are sorry that your experience with UniUni was not a positive one.
      I was able to pull up your file with UniUni to verify the proof of delivery as well as overlook the labelling which is described in your review. The box in which it was delivered in was small and the shipping label that was placed on your parcel by the originating logistics company had your address bent over the edge of the parcel which prevented the address from being clearly shown in picture. The number 605 was not a correction of address of any kind but a measure for the courier to have his parcels listed in order of delivery. So we apologize for the confusion.

      These guys are ****!!! I live in a condo building and my parcel was left in the entrance to the building. There was no attempt to call me on my phone- the parcel has my number and they never buzzed me to say they were delivery a parcel. I apparently have to leave a star rating which I would give them nothing at all but you have to rate them...the 1 star is false it should be no stars.

      Horrible delivery company. Package was not delivered to my door; it was left in the lobby where t was ******.

      Absolutely awful service. Claimed to deliver (which mean a photo taken in front of my front door) with no hand off to another person given the value of the package. The vendor received a message from the courier that stated “courier handed package to customer” which is absolutely false.
      When contacting their customer service, they washed their hands and said it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely appalling.

      I woke up to this text message and it said I received this message at 10:12pm:
      “***** **** ****** * **** ******* *********** ********* *** ********** ****** ***** **** ***** **** ** **** *** ****.”
      I went down stairs straight away and it was not there..I called uni uni multiple times with no luck. Left a message on their website for assistance and no reply. What do I do now?

      Uniuni is the worse delivery carrier I have ever encountered . I wish there was a zero star because that's what you would get. I had the worse interaction with a driver on Dec 12th. I received a call at 4 pm from an unknown number. He didn't identify himself or the company he worked for . When I answered he said " * **** * ******** **** **** *** * " I then told the driver I was not in the city. He then proceeded to tell me that i needed to get someone else to pick it up now. When I told him no one else was home. He then proceeded to tell me that he is not ******, doesn't have time for this and hung up on me. The absolute ****** driver in life. I called American Eagle to complain. I have no idea why they use a carrier like this. I tried to call UniUni. That is a joke. No one calls you back. My advise to anyone is to not use this carrier or hire them to deliver their packages . Worse company I ever dealt with .

      A very ********* courier service. The courier left my parcel at my doorway since I wasnt home and took a picture of it. Then texted me to claim my parcel in their warehouse for the same reason, nobody's home. The tracking # was now invalid and the parcel was nowhere to be found. The courier took it home with them and pretended about taking a picture. I made a dispute with the seller but they claimed it was delivered. A real waste of money. So sad this kind of courier people existed. A shame to you Edmonton Uniuni courier!
