1 starI dont even want to give this 1 star. This driver was delivering my package from **** and could not find my place, he text me asking for my correct address which I responded that he had the correct address, then realized that the postal code was wrong. I did give this person my correct postal code and address 3 times. The following are the comments made to me by this driver. After asking me my correct address he asks you dont even know your own addressI said , and I informed him that I was at work and could not talk as I was taking off in an airplane and would lose service. He then says **** ** *** ********* ******* ** *** *** ******* ********. I responded that he was being **** and that the address was correct, I then realized the postal code was wrong (my error) this person then asks *** *** *** ****? which confused me at first. Then I text my correct address again to him with the correct postal code. I then said I wont have service much longer as we just took off in the air. When I landed this person left me these messages on my phone. **** * **** **** ** *** ******* *** ******** ***** *** ***** ******* ******** *** ****** ** ** *** *******l Prior to this I had already by this point given him the correct address. 3 times. **** ****** ** *********** **** * **** ****** **** *** * ****** ** ** *** ************* How dare he say that. I tried 2 times to call the supervisor of this company to speak to a supervisor and no one returned my calls. One lady said she would call me back in 5 minutes and would try to get the supervisor to call me back, 5 minutes pass and no phone call. I call back a now my number seams to be blocked and I cannot get through to the company at all. How this company is even in business is beyond me! ******** ******* ** ****** ****** ****** ****** a company and for them to do nothing at all is a disgrace. 1 starI had a temu package that didnt delivered by uniuni last November 2023! After multiple attempts to contact them just to tell me that my package was lost. Never received it!!! Even though I got refunded but the anxiety and stress they have caused me! And again I have to go through this over again because I just had a recent purchased from temu despite of telling them not to work with uniuni carrier they still let them take my package AGAIN!!! 1 starI recently received a message from UNIUNI that my package was delivered to my apartment door (I live in a condo) and left a picture clearly showing they left it outside the building at our back entrance on an outside bench for all to see. I was out when the package arrived. When I got home there was no package at my condo door (we have a secure building) no was it left in the place outside shown in the picture. I complained to them and they keep coming back with a note that it was left outside my apartment door which it was not and their driver's picture clearly shows the item on the outside bench of our building. Somebody obviously took it, but they keep coming back with the same story saying that they are not responsible for security when a package is left outside our apartment door. They just don't get it so I guess I lost the package and the money I paid for it. My recommendation is stay away from these guys they have no business ethics in my opinion, they cannot even believe a picture taken by their own delivery guy.uniuni

1 starThis company is the definition of doing the bare minimum. If I didn't call them, I never would have received my package and for no good reason at all. Avoid them at all costs.I work from home and the apartment buzzer is hooked up to my phone, so I can assure you nobody made any attempt at delivery. Here's the process so far:4 days ago this package was marked as "out for delivery".3 days ago the status changed to "delivery failed, retry" (no kidding, I can see that it didn't arrive yesterday). I wasn't sent an update, I had to go check the status for myself.2 days ago, no delivery attempt 1 day ago, no delivery attempt So, last night I submitted a request for an update on when they'd be making the delivery. I get a generic response saying that if delivery was failed, it would be reattempted within 48hrs. Thing is, that 48hr window has already been and gone. Still no attempt at delivery.Today, I call them to see what the h*** is going on. I get an offshore call center that just doesn't give a single **** about anything. Mumbling like they're half asleep, yawning while I'm trying to explain the situation, awkwardly long pauses before more mumbling. . . honestly feels like I woke them up.Turns out, their driver obviously just couldn't be bothered doing their job that day. 1 starLost my package but the driver took a picture of a different package at a different door and called it delivered. Because they indicated it as delivered, the company I ordered from is refusing refund. This is a dishonest, untrustworthy company that cannot be relied on. Do not do business with UniUni.uniuni

1 starMy package Cross the land, the sea, the ocean the air, and endup on uniuni hands where by I don't know what they did with it. Them said my package has been delivered on Dec 16, 2023. But I didn't find any package, my bell camera showed something different. Try to call several times infinit answer, file police case, upload footage. Am trying to give chances to UniUni to locate my package and delivered it. The worst of the worst company I ever deal with. 1 starTerrible service. They either leave packages in the lobby or outside. Yesterday my package was outside. Luckily I was home and able to get it before it was stolen. My phone number is on the package but they couldn't be bothered calling. I'll never order from the supplier again until they use a different delivery service.uniuni
