      they delivered one of my package to the wrong address but yet deliverd all of my packages to the correct address they did admit that they delivered it to the wrong address but ali ********************** wont give me a refund this company has stress me out I wish that they could go and get my package from that address so now I have desputed with ****** so hopefully I can get my money back since I have sent proff that I dont have the package for now on with ali********************** if it is not choice delivery which uses bigger delivery companys like ****,fedex,***,ups I wont be being the item now that I know that the shipping option is uni uni delivery I wont be paying for shiping since now I knwo it going to be going to them I dont trust them and I going to do my best to avoid them I did ask them one more question on the 26th and nobody got back to me this company needs to shut down this would never happen with **** I been dealting with this since early may and the only reason why I asked that quetion so I can keep on updating ****** with what is going on so I can win my case to get my refund expecially since ****** push the investigation date to june 6th I feel that this company needs to shut down since they use drivers that dont pay attention to the address I pray that the next packages I get from ***** they dont use uni uni because they have stress me out and my heart rate has been up over 100 bpm every day they either need to get it together or shut down and let ****,fed ex,ups take over uni uni needs to go I hate them they have stressed me out the people I hate this company I pray to God that the next packages I get they dont go with uni uni all they have done it make my heart rate go up even thsi ****** my heart rate was 111bpm

      If I could leave zero stars, I would say absolute worst company *** ever dealt with. And thats no joke. Not only did they stop delivering to my address and say it was now out of their delivery zone, but when I provided them with an updated delivery address, they on numerous occasions, said that they attempted delivery and could not deliver however they delivered other packages to that same address. Then in the same week they delivered to my out of the delivery zone address, which didnt make any sense either.I had one package left to be delivered and I argued that theyve already delivered to both addresses so I want my package and of course they said that they were returning it to vendor. This company is full of s*** and should probably be held accountable for their actions, I dont even understand how a company like this is allowed to continue business. No jokes since March, I have wasted probably a good hour of my life sending emails back-and-forth with this company trying to get a hold of my packages.

      Straight up lost my packages sent an email when I asked how was it out for delivery then back at processing said they lost the package and to give them 14 days to find it.

      DO NOT USE Uniuni. Uniuni is absolutely SCAMS AND ******** package is shipped by *** from *** and handling by UniUni for Canada local delivery.Uniuni makes fake tracking history. My package is never delivered.There are people in my house 24 hr and NO Uniuni people came to my house. Tracking history saying Uniuni came 3 times and successfully delivered with a 1 white and 1 black, 2 photos to prove. I contacted Uniuni. customer service saying my package is lost in UniUni warehouse. UniUni lost my package and ask customer to get a refund from my sender but Uniuni saying successfully delivered in the tracking history. They are absolutely SCAMS AND FRAUD.Uniuni people is making their successful delivery history even they did not deliver any package to customers. It is also possible ********************** people is stealing customers, packages.Please BE AWARE ********************** and DHL delivery make sure DO NOT LET Uniuni handle and touch your packages. (*** is partnering with Uniuni for Canada local delivery)DO NOT USE Uniuni. Uniuni is absolutely SCAMS AND FRAUD.Uniuni staffs can mess your delivery and make fake tracking history as successfully delivered.

      This company keeps saying they attempted to deliver. However, I live in a condo that would alert me on my phone if they had tried. This only happens with this company. I know I am being lied to by them . Then they make it impossible to speak with a customer agent.

      This is by far the worst delivery service that I have ever been in contact with. They claim they driver tried to attempt to deliver my package 2 times both times I was sitting in my home. One of the times they claim they came i was getting a package from ******. Now they tell me it's gonna be another five days before I get my package. When I decide to order online again if their company is the one that's gonna be delivering. I would not order any products.

      Two different attempts for delivery. Failed. Two different packages. Uniuni will not deliver to a *********** box. There's a postal box on the property, Uniuni will not do the simple thing by putting the item in the mailbox if it's to be delivered after business hours, or take it to the main *********** ***** if it won't fit in the mailbox. Uniuni is Not in service to deliver packages, Uniuni complicates orders by returning to the sender if the *********** is closed.

      uniuni was supposed to deliver a package to my home; instead, they sent me a confirmation email of my package being delivered to a child care center! Who could mistake a big commercial building with **** in bold colored letters (as shown in the proof of delivery photos) with a home? When I contacted them about their driver's error, they said they let the vendor know of the delivery mistake, and it's up to the vendor to decide if they will remedy uniuni's delivery error by sending another package. What??? That's not taking responsibility for their driver's blatant mistake at all! And I still don't have my package or a resolution!

      Zero stars would be preferred. They lack moral and unethical employees who fail to deliver and take an extra minute to even figure out a small issue. If you live in any apartment or gated community. You can hang up getting your item(s). My solution is to cancel ordering from anyone who utilizes this services. So they infect are costing other companies money due to their fraudulent business practices.
