The service was excellent from sales to the delivery and setup of the beds. They are as comfortable as promised. It was well worth the time we spent in the store (more than an hour). The older guy (sales) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you.

Whenever I have dealt with WR Mattress over the years, I have found them helpful and patient, with no pressure. This most recent experience is no different. The delivery was flawless and efficient: they called 15 minutes ahead, arrived right at the stated time, took away the old mattress, placed the new one --- all in maybe 7 minutes! They even took off their shoes at the door!I have recommended WR Mattress Gallery to anyone I know who is in the market for a bed or mattress. My wife and I bought a King size adjustable bed from WR Mattress Gallery which uses two separate mattresses. We both chose the 2.0 pure energy mattress which is the middle firmness. My wife absolutely loved hers but I was just okay with mine. 11 months later we went on a cruise and the bed on the ship was quite a bit softer than what I was used to. I felt I was sleeping better and was less sore in the hips and shoulders when I woke up. When we got home I sheepishly went into WR mattress and told them my story. I was embarrassed that it took me 11 months to come in and take advantage of their free exchange policy. They were absolutely no questions asked and I had my new 3.0 softer mattress delivered no charge within 5 days. I am so happy with the new mattress and so grateful for a great experience at WR Mattress.WR Mattress Gallery

The service and professionalism were superb at MG. **** was gracious, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.So far... we are loving our mattress.The delivery fellows were polite, and called us when they were fifteen minutes away. We had a great experience working with WR Mattress Gallery and especially working with *********************. She is a true professional and answered in great deal all of our questions about the cabinet bed we were looking for. ***** worked with us to ensure a timely delivery and came through with our request for a quick turn around. The cabinet bed which we purchased for our grandsons is amazing and better than expected. A perfect addition to our home. From the moment we walked into the store we felt like we were welcome to be there. All the staff from the sales people to the delivery team are so kind and friendly. I absolutely love my new bed and would recommend it. We also bought recliners that come in sm med and *** so your bound to get the perfect fit. I would definitely shop there again.WR Mattress Gallery

I have had a very good experience with, and service from, WR Mattress.Earlier this year I purchased a medium-firmness latex mattress (the 2.0). It turned out, after a while, that it was just too soft for me. ***** at WR was great about discussing the options for an exchange, and didn't give me a hard time about it at all. I ultimately opted for the 1.0 (firm) version of the same mattress, and it's working extremely well for me. The exchange (delivery of the new mattress and pickup of the old) was handled with the same smoothness and efficiency as the original delivery (and at no added cost). It was a good experience throughout, and I thank ***** and WR for standing behind their product and caring about customer satisfaction.
