I have had a very good experience with, and service from, WR Mattress.Earlier this year I purchased a medium-firmness latex mattress (the 2.0). It turned out, after a while, that it was just too soft for me. ***** at WR was great about discussing the options for an exchange, and didn't give me a hard time about it at all. I ultimately opted for the 1.0 (firm) version of the same mattress, and it's working extremely well for me. The exchange (delivery of the new mattress and pickup of the old) was handled with the same smoothness and efficiency as the original delivery (and at no added cost). It was a good experience throughout, and I thank ***** and WR for standing behind their product and caring about customer satisfaction. I would be happy to do business with them again.

We were very pleased with the staff and customer service at WR Mattress Gallery. We purchased a cabinet bet, very well constructed and modern looking. Also bought 2 Recliners. It was a great experience at WR Mattress. **** and ***** are very friendly, made good recommendations according to what I was looking for. Very good quality products. I recently ordered a bed from Mattress Gallery and I am extremely satisfied with the bed. It had to be ordered but was delivered around the time that it was promised and was set up by the employees that delivered it. The delivery was followed up by a phone call to see if all went well. Great service from all of the staff at WR Mattress, when purchasing my bed and a Cabinet bed. Delivery service was excellent on both occasions, and installed in my two bedrooms. Staff were knowledgeable, when purchasing & delivery, I am very happy with the bed & mattress .that I chose, and the Cabinet bed is a perfect size for my 2nd bedroom. Excellent service, with friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped us pick the right mattress and were patient while we took our time to decide. Delivery was well organized, calling both the day before for a drop off window and on the day of delivery to let us know more exactly when they would arrive. Went in for first time to WR Mattress having driven by 100 times. Looking for a specific mattress. Raman knew exactly what we needed. Ask if we were side or back sleepers which apparently makes a difference to firmness of mattress. Suggested a split mattress. me a side sleeper with a softer feel and my husband a back sleeper with a firmer one. This way when or if we ever need a frame for raising the head etc we only have to buy the frame. On time delivery. Couldn’t ask for anything more.WR Mattress Gallery

We had a great experience with WR Mattress.**** our sales associate explained all of the options offered, he was very knowledgeable.We shopped around for the rest of the day at competitors stores, most staff seemed pushy, trying to close the sale.Decided to go back too WR Mattress Delivery was well organized to suit our schedule and was completed fast and efficiently.
